In the beginning of the episode, Malishka in Karishma’s presence calls her mother and asks her if she can get lunch prepared in 30 min. Her mother asks her for whom, she says that for her and Rishi. She says it will be done and she will wait for them at home. Malishka tells her that she is going to take lunch for Rishi to his office and she wants to do it before Lakshmi does.
Meanwhile, Shalu says to Lakshmi that the smell of the food is making her mouth water. Lakshmi says she is over exaggerating it. Shalu says she isn’t lying. The food has the same smell as when their mother used to cook, Lakshmi gets emotional. Shalu says that she’ll wash her hands and be back. Karishma and Malishka stand outside the kitchen as Shalu leaves, Karishma enters the kitchen.
Karishma says to Lakshmi that the food is smelling good. Lakshmi tells her that she has cooked two curries for Rishi. Karishma picks the pan and acts to get burned and turns the pan into the other curry. Lakshmi gives her a jug of water to help with her hand, she says that she is fine and leaves. Malishka hugs her outside and says to her, that now Lakshmi won’t be able to make her way to Rishi’s heart from his mouth.
Shalu overhears them and goes inside the kitchen, before Lakshmi tells her anything. She says that Karishma destroyed the food knowingly as Malishka asked her to do to make it impossible for her to feed Rishi food. Lakshmi says that she can’t even cook again as there are no potatoes left in the kitchen, she says at least she has ladoos that took her the longest to make.
Malishka reaches Rishi’s office, she says to the receptionist to not let anyone inside who wants to meet Rishi at lunch time. Malishka reaches the cafeteria and sees Rishi and Ayush enjoying food. She asks them how they already started eating, Rishi says to her that he knew that Lakshmi won’t be able to bring food and he would get a chance to prove the judge wrong. Ayush asks Malishka to keep her tiffin aside and try what they are eating as it is very tasty, she takes a bite and praises the food.
Lakshmi comes there and says to Rishi that he has already finished eating. He says that he told her that he’ll eat at 1:30 pm and it’s already 1:45 pm. Malishka asks Rishi tk kiss the hand of the chef who cooked the meal. Gge chef comes outside and Rishi praises his cooking, the chef tells Rishi if he wants to kiss the hand it should be off Lakshmi as she made the meal. Rishi kisses Lakshmi’s hand, she tells him that she has work and is going to his office.
Rishi overhears Lakshmi saying to Shalu that she has to stay close to Rishi. Rishi asks her what she meant by saying close, she says as friends as she doesn’t have any other feelings for her. Rishi comes close to her, and she starts laughing.
