At the beginning of the episode, Rishi tells Lakshmi that she has disappointed him and his family. He says he did not expect her to droop so low. He says she is his fiancé and still she is listening to that cheap man for so long, she should have slapped him by now. Lakshmi and others are shocked to hear this. Rishi tells her to slap him and break his face.
Balwinder tries to talk to Rishi. Rishi hits him. He says he should have put Balwinder in jail the day he attacked him. He tells Virendra that Balwinder was badmouthing them on the day of the fire too. Balwinder says the photos cannot lie. Rishi says all the photos are morphed and he has put Lakshmi’s face on someone else’s face. He says Lakshmi is pure like holy water and he had seen her on the day Balwinder molested her. Security throws Balwinder out and hands him over to the police.
Lakshmi folds her hands and thanks Rishi. Rishi says even he has such photos which people have used to malign him, so he understands what she went through. Rishi says all this doesn’t matter and he wants to marry her. Lakshmi nods to say yes. Rishi says he trusts her completely. Neelam wipes Lakshmi’s tears and says they all trust her. Virendra rebukes Rano for doubting Lakshmi. Rano says she misunderstood her because of the photos.
Pandit ji gets them engaged. Lakshmi thinks of her father and wishes he was here. Everyone congratulates them. Lakshmi tells Shalu and Bani that she is crying because she cannot believe she is lucky to have someone like Rishi and his family. Bani says their parents said good deeds never go for waste. Neha says Neelam is calling them.
Rishi says to Neelam that he is lucky to have life partner like Lakshmi. Neelam says she believes wife’s luck helps the husband and it is true as they got a huge project approved in Australia. Neelam announces that Rishi and Lakshmi will get married in one day and leave for Australia the day after. Neelam and Virendra tell Rano and Preetam not to worry about any arrangement or clothes as they will manage everything.
Lakshmi is sleeping and gets up to see Rishi. She gets scared how come he is in her room. Rishi says he could not stop himself from coming as he kept dreaming of her. He says he wanted to start her day by seeing her. He says all this sounds filmy but it has become true for him. He asks if it is happening to her too. Rishi says this is how all their days will start now. Lakshmi says someone will come, but Rishi says she is his fiancé, so he can tell them that she is his would-be wife. Lakshmi gets up from her dream. Shalu and Bani ask her to tell them all the details. Lakshmi asks if she said anything while sleeping. Shalu says she said a lot. Lakshmi tells them about her dream. Shalu and Bani tease her, so Lakshmi blushes and tells them to stop.
