At the beginning of the episode, Malishka says sorry to Rishi and asks him not to fight with her. Rishi says it’s ok. Malishka says she was upset as she cannot share her happiness with anyone except him. Rishi tells her that it could all happen if things were normal. Malishka insists on giving their wedding card to Rishi. Rishi takes it and hides it in a file in his cupboard.
Lakshmi comes and says she knew what they must be up to, so she brought their breakfast in room only. Malishka tells her that they are in hurry so Rishi must go with her. Rishi tells Lakshmi to have breakfast and they will have dinner together. They leave. Lakshmi thinks she must throw a surprise for Rishi.
Malishka fights with Rishi for being sweet to Lakshmi. Rishi says why she overreacts about everything. Malishka says she has been agreeing to everything he told her and he behaved this way. Rishi asks if she is jealous of Lakshmi. Malishka says Lakshmi is a villager so how can she be jealous. Rishi shouts at her for dragging Lakshmi in their fight. Malishka mentions about black dog and says Lakshmi is uneducated. Rishi says Lakshmi just told him about her village culture and he likes it. He says villages are better than cities where families can not even have meals together. Rishi asks Malishka to go wherever she wanted to take him. Malishka says she will drive.
Ayush goes to Shalu’s house and gives her the stole to compensate for her DUPATTA. Shalu says she does not want. Ayush says he is giving her his own DUPATTA. Shalu screams at him. He says Lakshmi’s parents picked her up from Gurudwara steps as she is not nice and sweet like Lakshmi and Bani. Shalu picks up her shoe and chases him out.
Malishka tries to control her temper and says sorry to Rishi. She says he knows about her mood swings. Rishi says even he does not want to fight. Rishi asks where she is taking him. Malishka says it is a surprise. Kiran calls her to check if she will manage jewellery shopping on her own. Rishi asks where Kiran is. Malishka she planned with her aunt to call Kiran so that she will not come to know of their plan to get married. Malishka drive to the temple and asks the priest if everything is ready. She tells Rishi that it is just a simple puja.
Lakshmi decorates the room for dinner with Rishi and thinks she will order all his favourite foods specially vada pav.
Rishi asks Malishka what this puja is for. Malishka and priest tell him that it is a pre-marriage ritual. Rishi resists as he is ready married. Priest asks them to do rituals as a couple, but Rishi is uncomfortable. Rishi asks him how long it will take. Malishka does not let priest tell Rishi what they are doing. Rishi recalls his marriage rituals with Lakshmi while doing similar rituals. Priest puts the CHUNRI on Malishka’s head and ties their knot. Rishi asks what he is doing.
Virendra asks Lakshmi to bring a file from Rishi’s cupboard urgently. Lakshmi takes it out and papers spill on floor along with the wedding card. Lakshmi picks it up and sees that it has Rishi’s name on it. Lakshmi reads the wedding date is the same day.
Rishi asks Malishka what all this is. Priest says all rituals happen in the same way. It is shown that Malishka bribed the priest to get them married without Rishi coming to know. Malishka asks priest to hurry up. Priest asks them to put AAHUTI but Rishi refuses till they tell him clearly what is happening. Two kids come playing with Durga Ma’s flag and cover priest’s face. Bowl falls in the fire and it gets extinguished. Malishka screams at the girls and asks who they are. The girl says her name is Durga.
