At the beginning of the episode, Abhi and other struggles with Balwinder and his gang to free Lakshmi. The goons hit Abhi and put a knife on Pragya’s neck. Abhi overpowers Balwinder. The police come and arrest him. Rano thinks that Pragya and Abhi spoilt all her plans and she hopes her next plan will not get spoilt.
Lakshmi thanks Pragya for her help. Pragya tells her that she is a good person, so nothing bad can happen to her. They say there is no need to tell others and spoil their mood. Neelam comes and asks them to come for varmala. Pragya says it is her fault that they had to wait.
Rishi comes and asks Lakshmi where she was. Abhi tells him that ladies understand everything, so he should never try to hide anything. Rano thinks let Lakshmi do varmala, but Neha only will get married to Rishi
Lakshmi and Rishi’s varmala happens. Everyone cheers for them and blesses them. Abhi throws flowers at Pragya, irritating her. Abhi says he is teasing her because she is getting irritated. Pragya gets a call and she says she has to go home. Abhi says he can drop her but Pragya says she has her own car.
Everyone asks Rishi not to bend for varmala. Rishi bends on his knees in front of Lakshmi. Dadi says he did the right thing as men should always bend in front of their wives. Lakshmi asks Pragya and Abhi to come to the mandap. Pragya says she has to go and wishes Lakshmi the best for her life. Pragya goes. Lakshmi says bye to Abhi, but he says he will go after eating. He advises Rishi to keep up the tuning with his wife. He also goes after Pragya.
Pandit ji tells that the best “mahurat” is after 9:15 pm. Neelam and Dadi tell Ayush to entertain the guests till that time.
Neha is furious on seeing Lakshmi. Rano tells Neha to control herself. Neha says Rishi said he has a connection with Lakshmi. Rano tells her to shut up. Rano tells Neha that varmala is not final, real marriage happens on mandap. She says only her pheras will happen with Rishi. Rano tells her to wear the same lehenga as Lakshmi and replace Lakshmi on mandap. Neha is excited to hear this and hugs her. They turn to see Virendra behind them
Virendra says they should not try to give any explanations as he has heard everything. Virendra tells Preetam why there is this confusion, as they never demanded anything. Virendra says they only want Lakshmi. Preetam is confused so Virendra asks Rano to tell Preetam everything.
Rano is about to say about Neha’s wish to get married to Rishi when Virendra says he heard Shalu and Bani talk that some Gurucharan Singh is coming with jewellery from village. Rano is relieved and says they also have some duty. Virendra says their duty is to give good values to the girl, not jewellery. Preetam says Virendra’s thoughts are so good. Rano tells Preetam not to let Gurucharan meet Virendra as they must take control of the property and jewellery.
Rishi and Lakshmi are going when his friends call him. Lakshmi trips on her lehenga and Rishi supports her. He tells her that he will always support her and she should always tell her when she is about to fall. Lakshmi gets emotional and says her father used to say the same. Rishi asks so what. Lakshmi says it is a huge thing for a girl who is getting married and going into a new family. She says her father would have been very happy to see that she got such a good family and a loving life-partner. Rishi asks her to explain it further. Lakshmi hesitates, so Rishi insists that she tells him his feelings. He asks Lakshmi if she loves him. Lakshmi thinks he is her father’s blessings and he is everything to her now, his partner as well as his mentor.
