In the beginning of the episode, They are taken to the hospital. The doctor comes and informs the family that his team is going to look after both the patients. Virendra says to the doctor to do everything they can to save their kid’s life. Malishka hugs her mother and says to her that she is scared, she says to her that she wouldn’t be able to forgive herself if anything happened to Rishi as he is there because of her. Karishma hugs Ayush and says to him to not worry as Rishi will be fine. The doctor inside asks tge nurse to bring blood as there has been excessive blood loss.
Ayush then thinks to himself that Shalu might be alone looking after Lakshmi. He goes outside Lakshmi’s ward. He talks to Shallu and says to her that everything will be fine. Bani reaches the hospital and sees Lakshimi and gets upset, Ayush consoles her and gives her hope. Shalu thanks him and hugs him. The doctor comes out and tells them that Lakshmi is fine as the bullet just touched and passed, and they can meet her. The doctor sees Virendra and tells him that Lakshmi is fine, the nurse then comes and tells the doctor that Rishi is critical.
Shalu and Bani meet Lakshmi. She asks them how Rishi is and she wants to see him. Shalu asks her to rest and says to her that Rishi hasn’t gained consciousness yet. Shalu and Bani leave to get medicines. A nurse comes inside the ward and Lakshmi asks her about Rishi.
The doctor comes out and say that it’s a miracle that Rishi is safe, because of the person who pushed him as the bullet hit very close to the heart. He then says Rishi’s situation is critical as there has been excess blood loss, and if he doesn’t gain consciousness in the next 24 hours then it will be tough to save him.
Lakshmi comes out of her ward and asks a nurse the room number of Rishi as she forgot what the other nurse told her. Shalu and Bani see her, they tell her that she can now go home as the doctor has given her discharge. Ranno and her husband also come, Lakshmi says to them that she will just go and see Rishi once. Ranno says that she is not going let it happen and her husband tries to stop her, but she follows Lakshmi.
Neelam says that it was Lakshmi who saved Rishi’s life as she was the one who pushed him. Neelam says that she would do anything to bring back Lakshmi in Rishi’s life and nobody else. Malishka says that she can’t do that to her as Rishi loves her and took the bullet for her. The pandit comes and says to Neelam that Lakshmi is important for Rishi’s well-being. Malishka disrespect him and says that she wouldn’t let this happen again and only she will be in Rishi’s life.
