In the beginning of the episode, Malishka says to the pandit that only she will be in Rishi’s life and nobody else. Neelam says to Malishka to keep quiet as she is insulting Guruji. She says to her that Lakshmi doesn’t even have any idea that she is supposed to save Rishi every time as she and him are connected by destiny and it’s written in their Kundali that Lakshmi is going to keep Rishi safe.She gets angry at Malishka and says to her that she is stupid that she couldn’t wait for a year, as Rishi was going to leave Lakshmi after that. Lakshmi overhears them and gets shocked.
Ranno says to her husband that she will not let Lakshmi meet Rishi. She turns back to get Lakshmi, and sees her coming. She says to her that she has come back meeting Rishi and letting them down and says has she forgotten that their is no relationship between them now. Lakshmi doesn’t react just walks away.
Neelam takes Panditji with her to Rishi’s ward, the nurse tells her that she cannot come inside. Neelam says to her that the operation is done and Rishi needs to wake up and she wants to try, the nurse leaves them. She then asks the Panditji to bless Rishi, he does. She asks him what she should do. He says to her for Rishi’s safety and well-being, she has to bring back Lakshmi in their house and Rishi’s life.
Virendra goes to the reception with Ayush and asks about Lakshmi, the nurse tells him that she has been discharged. Virendra loses his balance, Ayush holds him and says that it’s good news that Lakshmi is well. Virendra sees a temple and goes there and prays, Ayush makes him sit and says that Rishi will be fine. He stands and says to God that he knows that Rishi might have made some mistakes but he is a nice person at heart, and Neelam and he cannot live without him. He asks God to take care of his kids.
Neha opens the door and taunts Lakshmi that does she think that every one is deaf that she was ringing the bell continuously. Lakshmi doesn’t respond and goes to her room. Ranno’s husband says to Ranno and Neha to not bother Lakshmi as she looks tensed. Ranno says to her that he has never been able to care for her and their daughter but is on edge always looking out for Lakshmi. He says he loves her like his own daughter.
Shalu sees Lakshimi upset and sitting idle and thinks something is wrong and calls Ayush. He tells her that Rishi isn’t well and the next 24hrs are critical. She then sits beside Lakshmi and asks what has happened. Lakshmi says mumbles everything has been a lie, and starts crying, Shalu and Bani console her.
