At the beginning of the episode, Rishi and Lakshmi think of each other. Rishi misses Lakshmi in his room and he destroys the room in frustration. Rano rebukes Lakshmi for giving back all the money. She tells Shalu and Bani not to support her. She says she should have adjusted with Rishi even if he had an affair. She says how she will feed herself and her sisters. Shalu stops her so Lakshmi tells her not to say anything to Rano as they had anyway finished the relationship.
Lakshmi says Rano should not have asked for money. Rano says she has a small house and Lakshmi is selfish that she left all that money for Rishi. She says Rishi must be partying that his crores are saved. Rishi is lying alone when he sees Malishka’s message. He gets up and gets ready to meet Malishka. He says he also does not care about Lakshmi as he is free now.
There is a call for Lakshmi. Lakshmi does not recognise him so he tells her that he is Darshan who offered her the job. He says there was some miscommunication and she must join from today itself. Lakshmi bursts into tears. Lakshmi agrees to join immediately. Darshan says he will himself receive her and introduce her to the staff. Shalu and Bani are very happy to hear this. Lakshmi tells Rano that they will have money of self-respect.
Rishi goes to Malishka’s house and remembers that Rano sent the papers not Lakshmi. He thinks he should not think about Lakshmi anymore and just be with Malishka. He hears Kiran saying to Malishka that she must tell the truth to Rishi. Malishka requests her not to say anything. Rishi asks what they are going to tell. Kiran says Pammi aunty has come to know everything about his and Malishka’s marriage as she had come home with her.
Kiran tells that Pammi aunty told everything to Viraj and he came there drunk and broke everything. Dadu somehow took him back. She tells that when Malishka came, Viraj said Malishka exploited him and called her the worst human. Malishka told him to not cross his limits. Dadu and Viraj end the engagement and said one day Rishi will leave Malishka also.
Malishka tells Rishi not to stress about it. Kiran says Malishka has lost too much for him and she needs his commitment for Malishka. Rishi says he and Malishka belong together and they will get married in front of the whole world. He gets down on his knee and asks Malishka to marry him. Malishka says yes.
Darshan rebukes store manager, Kalyani for not employing Lakshmi and tells her to take care of her. Kalyani says Darshan brings whoever he meets. He welcomes Lakshmi. Lakshmi thanks him. He introduces Lakshmi to Kalyani and other staff. Darshan leaves the store. Kalyani ignores Lakshmi and says people take advantage of Darshan’s goodness. She tells Lakshmi to dress appropriately for the store. She gets the uniform issued for her. Other staff member, Rupali wishes her the best.
Lakshmi starts her job. Kalyani puts Lakshmi in Mangalsutra department as she is married. She asks what her husband does. Lakshmi hesitates, so she tell her that she must not dwell on her past and she must make her own identity.
Malishka asks about Lakshmi. Rishi says they have ended all their bonds with each other. Rishi says they will go to buy an engagement ring for Malishka.
