In the beginning of the episode, Rishi and Lakshmi come out of the swimming pool. Lakshmi takes the towel and gets away, Rishi follows and asks her why she is behaving weirdly. She says to him that she is upset as he is never looking out for himself. He asks her if she is scolding him, she says yes as he was the one who was talking on his phone and slipped inside the pool. She says to him that he is very careless and is clumsy which always gets him in trouble, she leaves. The staff talk to each other, they say that Rishi always listens to Lakshmi and is an abiding husband. Rishi says to them that there is nothing like that his wife was just upset as he was in danger.
Malishka brings her unconscious mother on the wheelchair back upstairs. She hears footsteps and hides, Rishi calls Lakshmi’s name and enters their room. Malishka opens her room and takes her mother inside, she gets emotional and asks her to wake up. Malishka’s mother says to her that she ate sleeping pills. Malishka then says to herself that she has to handle Lakshmi alone and keep her away from Rishi.
Lakshmi comes out of the washroom and asks Rishi how did he change clothes, he says to her that there are two changing rooms. He asks her why she behaves so rudely to him downstairs, she says she will behave again similarly as he doesn’t take care of himself. He screams at her pointlessly, she asks him what he is hiding as he behaves like this when he is hiding his feelings. He has a flashback of the time he went close to Lakshmi, but he lies to her that he is counting days till he separated from her and she says she is doing the same and leaves the room.
Rishi waits for Lakshmi and then says to himself that he will not wait anymore for Lakshmi as she does it knowingly. Rishi gets a call from his lawyer. The lawyer says to Rishi that he shouldn’t have taken Lakshmi with him as she could succeed in her plan to present him as a bad husband in front of the judge. The lawyer says he had a similar case where the wife in front of the judge presented herself as helpless and took a big alimony. Meanwhile, the lawyer goes to the Oberoi mansion and tells the same to Neelam, who gets furious and says that she will destroy Lakshmi.
Rishi saves Lakshmi from a stranger who tries to trouble her. While going back upstairs Rishi receives a call from Malishka. She says to him that she misses him, he says to her that he loves her and wants to get away from Lakshmi. Malishka gets happy hearing this and says to herself that she trusts Rishi but not Lakshmi.
