At the beginning of the episode, Karishma asks Neelam what she is thinking. She asks her why she wants to bring Lakshmi back. Neelam says what happened was not Lakshmi’s fault. Sanjay tells her that Pandit ji has come. Karishma says Pandit ji is just putting fears in her mind. Neelam says she has to what she can do. Karishma hopes these must not be any danger to Rishi’s life and he should move on in life.
Malishka tells Rishi that Kiran pressurised him into proposing. Rishi says he wants to close Lakshmi’s chapter and move on. Rishi says he offered Lakshmi money for saving his life but she refused. Malishka says she should have been there to show Lakshmi her place. Rishi tells her to forget her. Rishi says he does not want to meet Lakshmi and he does not care even if they come face to face. Malishka asks when they will tell Neelam. Rishi says he will tell later.
Kalyani tells Lakshmi to pick up boxes ion Mangalsutra and come with her. Lakshmi fumbles and boxes fall. Kalyani scolds her. Rupali helps Lakshmi as she picks them up. Lakshmi gets emotional while looking as Mangalsutra. Rishi and Malishka come to the shop. Lakshmi hears Rishi’s voice but does not see him.
Pandit ji asks Neelam why Lakshmi is not there with Rishi now. Karishma says what if they had not found Lakshmi. Pandit ji says Lakshmi is antidote for Rishi. Karishma says things are better this time and Rishi is perfectly okay. Neelam tells Pandit ji to start the puja.
Malishka sees Lakshmi but thinks she made a mistake. Rishi asks her what happened. Malishka says she will choose necklaces on this floor and he can go on second floor. Malishka goes to Lakshmi’s counter. Kalyani calls her and says she will help her. Kalyani shows her wedding jewellery. Rupali tells Lakshmi to take the boxes to Kalyani. Malishka is shocked to see Lakshmi there.
Kalyani tells Lakshmi that they must show her best jewellery as she is getting married to Rishi Oberoi. Rishi looks for jewellery for Malishka. Rupali tries to help her but her does not like anything. Rishi says he will call Malishka so that she can choose herself. Rupali says Malishka would like him to buy something of his choice. Rishi says he is looking for something sleek and modern but should reflect tradition and values.
Rupali tells Manoj that Rishi is himself confused what he wants. Manoj asks what she means. She gives examples of Lakshmi and Malishka and says he is confused between them. They take designs of both types and show to Rishi.
Malishka asks Lakshmi what she is watching. Kalyani tells Lakshmi to keep her eyes down and go back. Malishka says they should not keep inexperienced people on job. Malishka tells her to control her attitude. Lakshmi says she will learn soon. Kalyani tells Lakshmi to go and apologises to Malishka. Kalyani tells Lakshmi to behave better with VIP clients. She tells her to go to next floor and not come till Malishka is there. Lakshmi says sorry to her. Lakshmi thinks she was a fool to think Rishi and Malishka are friends.
Malishka worries what if Rishi sees Lakshmi. Lakshmi wonders if Rishi is also there. Rupali asks Rishi if he is finding it difficult to choose. Rishi picks up the traditional necklace and asks for engagement rings. Rupali calls Lakshmi to gets the rings out. Rishi turns to see but Lakshmi sits down to take out rings so he cannot see her. Lakshmi sees Rishi.
