At the beginning of the episode, Ayush tells the assistant to set up their meetings. He sees Lakshmi and says she did a one-sided boxing match with the media. Lakshmi says she made a mistake, but Ayush says she did everything right. He says the media was trusting Shanaya but now they are thinking even Rishi could be right.
Lakshmi asks Ayush if she can meet Shanaya once. Ayush asks why she wants to meet Shanaya. She says they can try to settle this out of court. Ayush says it is of no use, but Lakshmi says she wants to at least try. Ayush gives her the address.
Shanaya is happy that she is on every news channel. Lakshmi comes to her house and says she wants to talk to her. Shanaya asks her why she has come. Lakshmi asks her why she accused Rishi wrongly. Lakshmi says she wanted to see how someone could say this about herself. She tells him that Rishi respects women and he has three sisters. She says her upbringing is wrong. Shanaya gets agitated.
Lakshmi says Rishi has grown up among women so he can never do something like this. Shanaya says she would have proven it to her if CCTV cameras were working. Lakshmi says because of her that people will stop believing women who actually have to got through such horror. She requests her to tell the truth. Lakshmi is going when Shanaya stops her. Shanaya apologizes to Lakshmi and says Rishi is innocent and she did not think about her and others as she was too angry. She says she will take her complaint back as long as Rishi does not sue her back.
Shanaya tells Lakshmi to make papers as she does not want to go to the police station. Lakshmi says it is ok as she has realized her mistake. Lakshmi tells the driver to take her to the office.
Shalu calls Lakshmi and asks about Rishi. Lakshmi tells her that Rishi is fine. Shalu says Rishi can never do something like this. Lakshmi tells her that Shanaya is willing to take back the complaint. Shalu says everyone in the house will praise her so much. Lakshmi says it is more important that the tension goes away. Shalu tells Rano and Neha that Shanaya was lying. She tells Rano that she heard their conversation when they were blaming Rishi.
Lakshmi asks to call Rishi but he is busy in a meeting. Lakshmi speaks to Ayush. She tells him that Shanaya will give in writing that her complaint was false. Ayush asks her to wait in his cabin and gets the papers made. Lakshmi watches Rishi working across the glass wall. Rishi sees her but thinks he is hallucinating. Lakshmi hides. Ayush gets the papers and asks if she wants him to come along. Lakshmi says she will get it done.
Karishma and Soniya tell Malishka that Rishi is giving too much attention to Lakshmi. Soniya says he went to the office because Lakshmi told him the o go. Malishka says it does not matter as she is no better than a maid. Karishma says if Lakshmi saved Rishi this time, she will become his real shield. Malishka says no one can convince Shanaya. Karishma says she knows but she must stop Lakshmi from becoming too big in front of Rishi’s eyes. Malishka says she will talk to Rishi.
Lakshmi tells Shanaya to sign the papers. Shanaya says Rishi asked Lakshmi to give her money and threaten her to sign the papers. Lakshmi is shocked. The press comes from everywhere. It is Shanaya’s trap. Karishma tells Rishi to watch what Lakshmi has done. She tells Rishi to come back home fast. Lakshmi gets scared. Virendra tells her to get out of there. Shanaya says this proves that her complaint was right.
