At the beginning of the episode, Rishi tells Virendra that he will pick Lakshmi and take her inside. Malishka watches him. Doctor is surprised to Rishi hale and hearty, while Lakshmi is unconscious. Doctor asks if Rishi is fine. Rishi says he is fine enough to take care of his wife.
Dadi and Karishma reach and ask Malishka how Rishi is. Karishma asks Malishka what happened. Malishka says Rishi did not even look at her. Dadi calls Karishma. Rishi asks doctor if Lakshmi will be fine. Doctor says every minute is important and they must start the treatment right away.
Karishma asks Rishi what he was doing on the terrace and if he had a fight with Lakshmi. Rishi says Lakshmi asked him to go inside but he did not listen to her. Doctor says poison has gone inside Lakshmi’s body. He rebukes Virendra that they should not have let Lakshmi suck the poison. Doctor says he cannot say anything till they observe for half an hour.
Rishi sees Malishka and goes after her. He asks Malishka what happened. Malishka says she told everyone that he got bitten. She says she was worried about him and came running and he did not even look at her. Rishi says he was is such a bad condition. Malishka says he was only caring about Lakshmi. Rishi says he still cares about her because she again risked her life again to save him. Rishi says he had to pick Lakshmi up in his arms because there was no stretcher available.
Rishi tells Malishka to understand and says that Lakshmi may even die. Malishka says all this care and concern proves that Lakshmi is important for him. Rishi gets irritated at her for being unreasonable. Rishi tells her again that he is only hers. Rishi says he would have cared for anyone in the family. Malishka says Lakshmi is not his family. He tells Malishka not to create scene at the hospital. Malishka loses her temper. Rishi tries to calm her down. She notices that he has worn the ring again and goes from there.
Dadi prays to God to save Lakshmi. Karishma tells her to relax as Lakshmi will stay alive like every time. Virendra scolds Karishma for being unkind to Lakshmi and says that Lakshmi is also a human. Doctor tells Virendra the anti-venom injection did not work. Neelam asks doctor to check on Rishi first.
Virendra rebukes Neelam for being selfish. He says Rishi is perfectly fine while Lakshmi is fighting for her life and she is still wasting doctor’s time. Neelam says she did not expect this from him. Virendra says he is speaking with a calm mind as he can see humanity dying in their house. He tells her to give love to Lakshmi as she has saved her son. Virendra says everyone in the family must pray and care for Lakshmi.
Rishi tells Malishka that Lakshmi put the ring back on. Malishka says if she forced him. Malishka says he did not break his marriage with Lakshmi so she is breaking their relationship. Rishi tries to stop her but she tells him to go back to his wife. She goes from there. Rishi thinks Lakshmi needs him and goes back.
Neelam tells Virendra that she knows what Lakshmi means to him, but no-one is above Rishi for her. She says she will take care of Lakshmi. Virendra says he also loves Rishi. Rishi comes there and asks how Lakshmi is. Dadi tells him that first injection did not work. Rishi hugs Virendra. Dadi and Virendra tell Rishi to go for the check-up.
Rishi goes to Lakshmi’s room. He looks at her as she is unconscious. Malishka is furious at Rishi for wearing he ring, while driving. She says she does not believe in MARKESH DOSH. She says it is her fault that she got him married to Lakshmi. She says she can never be number two, not even for Rishi.
Doctor tells Rishi that he is fine. He asks about Lakshmi. Doctor tells him to pray for her recovery. Rishi says he knows what Lakshmi means for him. He holds her hand.
