In the beginning of the episode, Malishka tells everyone that Rishi opened his eyes for her when she called him out. Malishka’s mother hugs her and says that Rishi loves her, she says he does. Everyone goes towards Rishi’s ward, Neelam stumbles into the nurse she apologizes and says she is in a hurry to meet her son. The nurse says to her that it’s a miracle that Rishi gained consciousness and it’s all because of his wife who loves her very much. Neelam corrects her and says Malishka is Rishi’s future wife, thinking that it was Malishka who woke up Rishi.
Lakshmi prays in front of god for Rishi’s well-being. Lakshmi sees that Ayush has seen her, and tries to ignore him. He stops her and says that he knows that the whole family has betrayed her by not telling the truth. She says she did feel betrayed, but when she thinks about it she realizes if they would have not lied to her she would have come to their house to help Rishi but would not have the connection with everyone that she has now. She says that she loves them all, she asks him if he loves her. He says he does, she says then for her sake he is not going to tell anyone about her meeting Rishi. He says he cannot do that as he wants to tell everyone how nice she is, she says to him that she trusts him that he won’t tell and leaves.
Neelam and the family meet Rishi. Rishi asks them where Lakshmi is, Neelam says she is not here with them. Rishi says she was here with him, she held his hand and felt current and opened his eyes and saw her. Malishka says that Lakshmi is fine he doesn’t have to worry about her, he says he knows she is fine as he saw her. Malishka says it was her who he responded to and she was with him, he says but is sure Lakshmi was here. He then asks Virendra to get him discharged as he wants to go home.
Shalu wakes and finds Lakshmi missing and looks for her, she then calls Ayush. Ayush tells her that Lakshmi is returning back, he then tells her to not say that he told her anything. Lakshmi returns back home, she gets to bed. Shalu comes to bed and says that she saw her missing and went to look for her. Shalu then asks her to tell her the truth that she still loves Rishi.
Rishi comes back home and is resting on his bed. He says to Neelam that when the goons asked him to close his eyes and remember all the people he loves, he first saw her face. Malishka asks him what about her, he goes silent and has a flashback that he saw Lakshmi instead of Malishka.
