At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi is shocked to see Rishi in Malishka’s house. Rishi fumbles to say something, so Malishka says he came to pick her. Lakshmi asks Rishi how he came to know as he said he went to office. Ayush handles the situation that he told Rishi that they are here. Rishi says he forgot his file and she only knows where she keeps things in the bedroom. Lakshmi tells Malishka that she knows him very well. Rishi tells Lakshmi that they must go home.
Lakshmi says people get close when they stay together. Malishka reminds them to come to her ROKA ceremony. Lakshmi says she and Rishi will celebrate the most. Malishka tells Kiran that if she kept waiting for one year, he will realise that he is in love with Lakshmi and she will lose Rishi. Malishka says Rishi should also feel insecure like her, so she will go ahead with ROKA. Malishka says she will do everything for her love, be it leaving Viraj on altar or breaking Lakshmi’s marriage.
Rishi and Lakshmi reach home. Lakshmi asks Rishi if she should select his clothes for the function. Ayush tells him that she selected his clothes too and they will look most handsome in the function. Lakshmi teases Ayush that Rishi is slightly more handsome than him. Lakshmi goes to her room.
Ayush tells Rishi that he had to lie to Lakshmi because of him. Rishi says he knows very well how much Malishka matters for him. He says he will not let Malishka get married to anyone else. Ayush asks what about Lakshmi. Rishi says Malishka is insecure because of Lakshmi only, but he cannot lose Malishka at any cost as he loves her. Ayush gets tense that Rishi will not let the ROKA happen.
Dadu asks Viraj where Malishka is. Malishka comes and meets him and Abhay. Abhay congratulates Kiran that their daughter is getting engaged. Dadu says Viraj and Malishka were acting so close before and now they are acting like strangers. Malishka thinks she did all that to make Rishi jealous. She thinks she will benefit both ways as she will either get Rishi or she will marry Viraj.
Oberoi family comes to attend the function. Dadu looks for Lakshmi. Virendra laughs that she is very possessive about her as she is his daughter. Rishi asks where Malishka is. Dadu tells him that she is in makeup room. Rishi goes to meet Malishka. Kiran tells him to stop her or she will spoil her life. Lakshmi goes towards the makeup room, but Karishma stops her.
Virendra wonders why Ayush is looking tense. Rishi enters Malishka’s room. He says she can marry Viraj if he will love her more than him. Rishi says she is losing him and still she is showing her attitude. He says he knows she is doing all this to make him jealous. Malishka says she wants to get married and she will marry Viraj if not him. Rishi says Neelam will get really upset with him if he left Lakshmi before one year. Malishka tells him to forget her in that case.
Virendra asks Ayush what is bothering him. Ayush says he is getting bored here. Virendra tells him to eat something to feel better. Devika teases Ayush to call Shalu in case he is too bored. Ayush scolds her but calls Shalu eventually. Neha asks Shalu to pick up the phone. Shalu picks up and Ayush coughs. Shalu says someone is coughing on the phone. Ayush says “Hum Aapke Hai Kaun”. Shalu recognises that it is him and responds in the same way. Ayush asks her to answer his question. Shalu says he is her driver. Ayush and Shalu fight again.
Ayush disconnects the phone. Shalu tries to call him back but thinks she will see him later. Ayush says she is a defective piece. Soniya hears all this and thinks she must tell Karishma about them.
Rishi tells Malishka that he cannot cheat his mother or his whole family will get away from him. He tells Malishka that Neelam will not compromise on his life. He reminds Malishka what happened when they tried to get married.
