At the beginning of the episode, Ayush shows Lakshmi a bag full of money. Lakshmi asks him where he got all that. Ayush tells her that only the top layer is real and below it is all fake. Ayush is about to call Shanaya, so Lakshmi stops him from calling from his phone. Ayush says it is a VIP number so nothing to worry about.
Ayush calls Shanaya. He tells her that he is Mr. Bindra and he can offer her a lifetime opportunity. They set a time to meet her the next day at Paradise Sheraton. Rohan and Shanaya check the hotel website. Ayush and Lakshmi wonder how to disguise themselves. Lakshmi worries that Shanaya will recognize her.
Shanaya and Rohan go to meet Mr. Bindra. Ayush dresses up as SARDAR and Lakshmi dress up as old lady, Rani Savitri Devi. Lakshmi is nervous but Ayush tells her to do it for Rishi. Ayush tells her to imitate Neelam.
Ayush introduces Shanaya to Rani ma. Shanaya says Rani ma looks familiar, Ayush says her interviews keep appearing in the newspapers. Shanaya asks about their proposition. Ayush opens the case full of cash. Rohan asks how much that is. Ayush says it is 20 crore. Ayush shows them papers for three factories.
Rohan asks what makes them believe that they will accept their offer. Lakshmi says they know that they will accept their offer, as the enemy’s enemy is a friend. She says Rishi is their business rival and this molestation charge has helped their business. She says Shanaya must keep Rishi in jail so his business is completely destroyed. Lakshmi hesitates so Ayush says they know that Neelam came to meet her so they are offering her ten times the money and factories over that. He says she should not take the case back at any cost. Shanaya says she wants to discuss. Lakshmi gives them five minutes.
Malishka calls Ayush and asks him to check Rishi’s email and send her. Ayush tells her that he is with Lakshmi to trap Shanaya. Malishka says he is making a big mistake. Ayush worries that Malishka will think they are making a mistake.
Neelam tells Virendra that if Rishi is not home by tonight, it will not be good for him. Malishka tells Neelam that Ayush and Lakshmi are at hotel Paradise Sheraton to try and get their confession. Virendra tries to call Ayush and Lakshmi. Ayush switches off Lakshmi’s phone too. Neelam screams at Virendra. Karishma asks what happened. Neelam tells Karishma.
Shanaya tells Rohan that it all seems to be a trap as she has never heard of their company before. Rohan says that it is unlikely but if it is so he will make sure Rishi gets 10 years in jail. He says they will check the cash and factory papers and if they are fake they will know.
Malishka tells Rishi about Lakshmi. Rishi says Shanaya will trap Lakshmi again. Malishka says Lakshmi is making their troubles worse. Rishi says she is bothering herself too. Malishka says she had gotten him out on bail but Lakshmi and Neelam made the blunders to put him back in jail. Malishka says her gut feeling says she will make an even bigger blunder this time. She says she will handle it. She says she will call the media and tells them that they have nothing to do with Lakshmi’s actions.
Virendra reaches Ayush and Lakshmi’s room and recognizes Ayush. He is shocked to see Lakshmi in disguise. Virendra asks them what they are doing. Lakshmi tells him everything. Virendra tells her that Shanaya is very shrewd.
Karishma tells Neelam that she should have taken Lakshmi’s class that day itself. Neelam says she does not scream at people unnecessarily as she knows Lakshmi’s intentions were not wrong. Karishma says then even this time she wouldn’t have any complaint with Lakshmi. Neelam says this time is different as Lakshmi knew the risk.
Virendra tells Lakshmi that their plan is very risky and they will get into trouble when they check the cash and papers. He asks her to leave. Lakshmi says they have to take this risk for Rishi’s sake. Virendra tells her to escape from there. Lakshmi asks him for 15 minutes. Virendra says he is putting a timer for 15 minutes and then they must leave.
