At the beginning of the episode, Nana Ji asks Lakshmi, if there is any problem between her and Rishi. Lakshmi is not sure what to say. Nana ji asks her to tell everything and he will fix it. He asks if Rishi likes her or not. Virendra tries to intervene but Nana ji stops him. Lakshmi says there is nothing like that.
Rishi tells Neelam that he cannot tolerate Lakshmi. Neelam asks him then why did he marry her. Rishi says Virendra and Neelam forced him to marry her. Rishi says he cannot say no to Neelam as she always thinks the best for him and the family. Neelam says that is the reason he must go to Simla as people will gossip about them. She says she cannot let the secret out why they got him married to Lakshmi. Nana Ji takes Lakshmi with him. Dadi scolds Karishma for creating a scene.
Neelam says Nana Ji will come to know that it was she who sent Virendra to Lakshmi’s home and planned this marriage. And if he comes to know, then Rishi knows what will happen. Rishi says he agreed to all they said and charmed Lakshmi despite not liking her. Neelam says he did so much for her, now just goes on a honeymoon with Lakshmi. Neelam says Pandit ji had told her that Rishi’s life is in danger but not as long as Lakshmi is with him. Nanaji and Lakshmi are at the door.
Gurucharan chacha is going back. Rano says they got Lakshmi married so now they want the property papers and jewelry. Gurucharan says he cannot put Shalu and Bani’s future at risk. Rano calls Preetam and says he is going back on his word. Gurucharan says he knows she had planned to get Lakshmi married to Balwinder. He says he will divide the property among all the girls as they get married. He says he knows that she made Neha sit in place of Lakshmi and Neha stole the necklace to embarrass Lakshmi today. He says he will keep an eye on her and she should not try to harass the girls or marry them to some goon.
Nanaji asks Neelam why Rishi is refusing to go. Virendra says it is because of business. Nana ji asks him if he loves Lakshmi. Rishi hesitates but says yes. Nana ji asks him to prove it by proposing to Lakshmi in front of him. Neelam tells Rishi not to hesitate and propose to Lakshmi. Rishi gets down on his knees and proposes to Lakshmi. He says he loves Lakshmi and will always do. Lakshmi gets emotional. Nana ji says Rishi is very lucky to have Lakshmi in his life. Nana ji says he is not going because of Virendra and tells him to take care of work while Rishi goes on his honeymoon. He says work is important but life is more important. He says they must leave the next morning.
Soniya says Rishi should not have married Lakshmi. Karishma says Neelam forced him to do that. Soniya says a truthful guy like Rishi is having to lie like this. Karishma says Rishi and Lakshmi can never be together as they are too different.
Lakshmi packs for the trip. She asks Rishi for his choice, but he goes to study saying he has a con-call. Lakshmi wonders why he is upset again. She thinks she barely knows anything about Rishi. Rishi goes to sleep in Ayush’s room. Ayush screams and says he came again. Rishi says Lakshmi is annoying with all her questions about packing. He says she is acting like a typical wife. Ayush says she is his wife and she is trying to know him better. Ayush tells him to chill. Rishi tells him not to act like Lakshmi and irritates him. Ayush says they will reach Simla after sunset.
Lakshmi and Rishi reach their hotel in Simla and check-in. Rishi and Lakshmi are surprised to see the room decorated with candles.
