This week, Lakshmi convinces Rishi to go to office else people will consider him guilty. Malishka says it is a bad decision. Rishi says he has a meeting with foreign investors. Virendra tells Lakshmi to go to office with the investor’s file. Media hounds Rishi with their questions. Lakshmi defends him and says Rishi is innocent and truth will come out soon. Malishka shouts at Lakshmi for talking like that to reporters. Malishka gets incensed when Rishi says that Lakshmi was right. Malishka tries to jump from the window. Rishi stops her and tells her not to test his love for her all the time. She says she forgave her for taking Lakshmi’s side.
Ayush tells Lakshmi that media was trusting Shanaya but now they are thinking even Rishi could be right. Lakshmi asks Ayush for Shanaya’s address so that she can meet her once. Lakshmi requests Shanaya to tell the truth and says that people will stop believing women who actually have to got through such horror. Shanaya apologises to Lakshmi and says she will take her complaint back as long as Rishi does not sue her back. Ayush gets the papers ready and gives them to Lakshmi. Lakshmi takes them to Shanaya but is shocked to see the media there. Shanaya tells the reporters that Rishi’s wife tried to bribe and threaten her to take her complaint back.
Virendra tells Lakshmi to get out of there. Malishka, Karishma and Soniya are happy that Lakshmi made this blunder and fell in Rishi’s eyes. Neelam shouts at Lakshmi for not consulting her before doing this. Everyone blames Lakshmi. Karishma says Lakshmi has made Rishi’s life hell and if she were her daughter in law, she would have thrown her out. Ayush defends Lakshmi and tells that he only gave the address and legal papers to Lakshmi. He says Lakshmi is Rishi’s better half in real sense. He tells everyone to thank Lakshmi instead of blaming her. Rishi goes to Lakshmi and thanks her for thinking about him.
Rishi tells Karishma that she is right that in TV serials, village girls save their husbands but this is not TV but reality. He says they must all thank Lakshmi for trying to help him. Lakshmi is surprised to hear Neelam talking rudely to Virendra. Karishma tells Malishka that Rishi is changing. Ayush tells Ahana that Rishi is lucky to have a wife like her. Rishi overhears them. Lakshmi tells Rishi that she could not stop herself from meeting Shanaya but she made everything worse. Rishi comforts her. Soniya and Neelam go to meet Shanaya. Neelam offers her 2 crores for taking back the case, but Rohan tells Shanaya to refuse. Neelam threatens her that she will regret this.
Police comes home and arrests Rishi again for threatening Shanaya. Lakshmi goes to meet Rishi in the lockup. Lakshmi tells Rishi not to lose hope and says that she dreamt that he has been proven innocent. Malishka also comes there and holds Rishi’s hand. Lakshmi says she is a true friend to Rishi and she cannot thank her enough for saving her husband. Karishma tells Neelam that Malishka’s efforts will save Rishi not Lakshmi’s horoscope. Lakshmi tells Ayush to set a trap to get Shanaya’s confession as she is greedy.
Ayush and Lakshmi dress up Rishi’s business rivals and offer Shanaya 20 crores to not take back the case. Ayush tells Malishka that they are in hotel to meet Shanaya. Malishka tells everyone. Neelam asks Virendra to stop them from making another blunder. Shanaya tells Rohan that it all seems to be a trap as she has never heard of their company before. Rohan says they will check the cash and factory papers and if they are fake they will know. Virendra reaches the hotel room to stop Ayush and Lakshmi, as Shanaya is very cunning. Lakshmi asks him for 15 minutes. Virendra says he is putting a timer for 15 minutes and then they must leave.
