This week, Dadi questions Neha what she was doing in Lakshmi’s room. Neha and Rano make excuses and go. Everyone waits for the moon. Rishi is irritable with Malishka as he is hungry. Ayush brings the DHOLIS and everyone dances. Lakshmi’s head spins and she faints. Neelam calls Rishi to come home immediately. Rishi runs home leaving Malishka with THALI in her hand. He gives water to Lakshmi and they do puja. Lakshmi gives him water. She feeds him sweet but he thinks of Malishka and goes from there. Malishka says he cares more about Lakshmi than her. She shows the recording to him sent by Karishma.
Rishi says Neelam told him do it. Malishka tells him in anger that she ate the food before moonrise. He says Lakshmi fainted because she actually fasted for his life. Malishka tells him that Lakshmi suspects that he is having an affair with someone. She says Lakshmi is faking to trust him so her fast is also fake. Neelam gives a heavy necklace to Lakshmi as gift. Rishi comes home. He finds the photos and questions Lakshmi. She tries to explain but he does not listen. Lakshmi calls Malishka and asks if she told that to Rishi. Malishka says no and asks not to involve her in their personal matters. Lakshmi says she is right and no-one can come between them, not even Malishka.
Rishi tries to call Malishka but she ignores him. A snake comes and advances towards Rishi. Lakshmi picks up a bag from the swing and puts it on Rishi’s leg. Snake tries to bite but its head hits the bag. It goes back. Ayush also comes there and sees this. Rishi snaps at her and tells her not to expect a thank you. Ayush tells everyone about it. Neelam gives a necklace to Lakshmi. She says there is no need and her blessings are more precious than such jewels. Virendra tells Neelam not to treat Lakshmi like an employee. Malishka asks Rishi to break his marriage. Rishi hesitates but breaks the chain, Lakshmi’s family gave to him on wedding.
Neelam tells Virendra that he must accept the truth that Lakshmi is just Rishi’s shield and he does not love her. Rishi takes off the wedding ring that Lakshmi gave her. Malishka feels happy but sees the snake behind Rishi. Snake bites Rishi’s hand. Malishka calls and tells Lakshmi. Everyone runs to the garden. Neelam throws a cushion on the snake making it fall to the ground and hits it with a stick madly and kills it. Doctor says it is a very poisonous snake and Rishi barely has 30 minutes. Malishka blames herself for Rishi’s condition. Kiran calms her down and says it happened because Rishi broke his relationship with Lakshmi. Ayush and Lakshmi take Rishi to hospital in ambulance. Ambulance stops due to traffic jam.
Lakshmi and Ayush manage to clear the traffic. Lakshmi goes back to ambulance and sees that Rishi’s mouth is foaming and he is turning blue. Lakshmi puts Rishi’s ring back in his finger. Lakshmi sucks the poisoned blood out and spits it out. She also starts turning blue and faints. Rishi opens his eyes. Ayush tries to revive Lakshmi. Rishi remembers all the times that Lakshmi saved his life risking her own. Malishka’s car hits a man while coming on wrong side. Malishka gives the vendor money. He lets her go. Ambulance reaches the hospital. Rishi and Ayush take Lakshmi out. The stretcher gets stuck. Rishi fights with the receptionist for stretcher as Neelam and Malishka look at him. Rishi does not see Malishka and goes running back to Lakshmi.
Rishi picks Lakshmi and takes her inside. Malishka looks at him, as Rishi does not even look at her. Doctor is surprised to see Rishi hale and hearty, while Lakshmi is unconscious. Doctor asks if Rishi is fine. Rishi says he is fine enough to take care of his wife. Doctor starts the treatment. Rishi sees Malishka and goes after her. Malishka fights with him. He tells Malishka not to create scene at the hospital. Malishka loses her temper on seeing him wearing the ring again and goes from there. Virendra scolds Karishma for being unkind to Lakshmi. Doctor tells that the anti-venom injection did not work. Neelam asks doctor to check on Rishi first. Virendra rebukes Neelam for being selfish. He tells her to give love to Lakshmi as she has saved her son. Virendra says everyone in the family must pray and care for Lakshmi. Doctor tells Rishi to pray for her recovery.
