At the beginning of the episode, Bhawani says no one will eat in the room and everyone will have food together. She says she does not want to hear about the anniversary anymore. Sai says they want Ninad and Ashwini to eat in their room, just one day, as they have specially prepared their room. Ashwini tells Sai to let it go now and she will serve food to everyone. Bhawani says everything must go back to normal now.
Virat requests Bhawani to allow them as it is a special day for him too. Devi says Ashwini and Ninad will be very happy to see their room decorated with flowers and candles. Everyone is shocked. Pulkit tells her to be quiet as it is a surprise. Bhawani says this was the last straw. Sai says there is nothing wrong in it, just because they are old now. Samrat and Mohit also support her.
Ninad says this is too much now and they have not gotten married now that they are talking about first night. Virat says there is nothing wrong if he wants some colours in his parents’ life. Sai says they decorated her room also when they celebrated her birthday, so what is wrong now. Pakhi taunts Sai that she can never understand as no-one taught her in her family how to behave with elders. Samrat asks Pakhi why she is accusing Sai and he also would have done it, if his father was alive.
Sonali and Omkar say it is shameful. Virat says there is nothing shameful if his parents love and respect each other. Bhawani says they should think about their age. Virat says he will not listen to anything and Ninad and Ashwini will have food in their room only. Others also go for dinner. Bhawani stays back. Pakhi tells Bhawani that she is too lenient with everyone and Sai has sown the seed of rebellion and soon everyone will listen only to Sai not her.
Ashwini and Ninad are happy to see their room. Ashwini blushes. Sai teases her. Ashwini and Ninad thanks them for all their efforts. Ashwini tells Sai that she hopes she will celebrate Virat and her anniversary also in the same way. Sai says their marriage is very different from her marriage, as their marriage was a compromise. She says she cannot forget that this marriage happened because her father passed away. Sai says she loves her and Ninad as her parents and does not want to lose them, but their marriage will never be normal.
Ashwini thinks if her feelings are still the same as she felt after the marriage. Sai says she got her mother because of this marriage. She says her father gave her everything, but always missed her mother. She says this marriage gave her a wonderful family, and a friend like Virat. She goes from there. Ninad tells Ashwini not to worry and they will make them realise their feelings too.
Sonali shows house options to Omkar. Sonali asks him not to worry about Virat and Sai. She says the new house has very big rooms. Bhawani comes and says they can have bigger rooms in this house only. She says how dare they think of leaving house. Sonali says they have started pakcing their bags too. She says Bhawani will remain alone with Sai and the new couple now. Pakhi and Karishma come there. Pakhi says she understands Bhawani’s problem and she is losing control. She says she could not do anything against Sai and Sai wants to give control of house to Ashwini. She says no-one will be on her side, once Omi and Sonali leave.
Virat waits for Sai in her room. Sunny comes to say bye and congratulates him on planning so nicely. He says his bonding with Sai is getting stronger and they should celebrate their anniversary the same way too. Sai comes and says why is everyone talking about their anniversary. Sai rebukes Virat for telling Sunny to celebrate their anniversary.
