At the beginning of the episode, Sai cries while thinking about Virat. She says that she wants to call virat and ask him how’s he but she can’t. Then Ashwini comes and ask Sai to have dinner. She sees that Sai is crying. She says that in this room all the memories of virat is coming in front of her. Sai rests on her lap and says that she never failed in any exam but in the exam of life she is failed with zero marks. Meanwhile, Devyani comes and tells her that she shouldn’t have hide this from them that she is sick.
She says that she has called pulkit. Sai gets happy after seeing him. Pulkit gives the medicine to Sai. He says that he is glad that she is with her family. Ashwini ask pulkit to make Sai understand to stay with them. He says he can’t because she have taken all the big decisions of her life alone. Then he says that now he is leaving and tells Sai that he will see her tomorrow. Ninad ask Sai is she having headache? Ashwini says that her head is not aching, her heart is aching while recalling her old memories.
Sai tells Ninad and Ashwini that she told them she will stay with them tonight but she is not able to stay there for even a minute. She says that all her good memories with Virat is coming in front of her and she couldn’t stop crying. Ninad says that he understands. He says that she can stay with them in their room. On the other hand, Mohit, Samrat and Pakhi goes to Virat and Shruti. There Shruti says that it’s good they are here. She says that Virat is not fine.
Samrat says that he is here to meet Shruti. Virat ask him how did they get the address? He says from the hospital. Virat gets to know that Shruti has call at his his he got angry on her. Samrat says that for them Virat is dead and warns Shruti to not call them again. He says bad things to Shruti. Virat says that they said so many things to Shruti in the hospital but now it’s enough. Shruti says that she thought they are here to see virat but they are here just to let them down.
Pakhi says to Shruti that she is a very clever woman who manipulated Virat. Virat shouts at Pakhi and ask her to stay quiet. Pakhi says that now it’s clearly visible that Virat doesn’t care about Sai anymore. She says that Sai is sick and at home. Virat says that he knew this and also has gone to see her but she asked him to not show his face again to her. Smrat says that he should have informed them. Virat pleads to samrat to let him talk to Sai but he refuses. He warns Shruti if call them again then he will file a police complaint against her. While Sai decided to give her mangalsutra back to Ashwini. She says that she wants to create her own identity.
