At the beginning of the episode, Virat looks at Sai from outside the door. He thinks Sai does not want to keep any relationship with him.
Devi reaches the hospital and asks Pulkit how Sai is. Pulkit asks Sunny why he brought her back. Sunny says she was not willing to stay at home. Ashwini asks Devi to come with her and Pulkit. Sunny also goes along. Pulkit tells them that Sai is not in a condition to talk to them. Devi starts crying and asks Pulkit to make Sai better. Devi says Sai is a very strong girl and she will be out of hospital soon. The doctor says that is true else she would not have recovered so fast.
Virat prays to Ganapati Bappa to make Sai better. Sai opens her eyes. Virat goes back to see her. Sai sees him looking at her from outside the door. Virat wonders if she saw him and goes back.
Ninad tells Sonali to book a cab to the hospital. Sonali and Omkar say that it is too expensive and what is a need for everyone to go to the hospital. Pakhi says she cannot find Bhawani anywhere. Shivani says she is nowhere to be found at such a time. Ninad and Mansi reprimand her for talking like that about Bhawani.
Sunny tells Pulkit that Virat is not coming to the room to see Sai. Pulkit says he has decided not to meet Sai.
Shivani says she cannot wait for Bhawani anymore. Mansi worries about Sai and Bhawani. Pakhi says she can ask Samrat about Sai’s condition. Shivani tells Pakhi not to do anymore. Ninad wonders if Bhawani has gone to the hospital.
Sai opens her eyes. Sunny asks if she is looking for Virat. She closes her eyes again. Pulkit says she has not regained full consciousness yet.
Bhawani comes back home. Everyone asks where she was. Bhawani asks Pakhi about Sai’s condition. Pakhi tells her that no one is allowed to meet Sai yet but she is better than before. Bhawani says she had gone to the temple to pray for Sai’s recovery and she even did 101 rounds. Everyone is surprised to hear this.
Mansi asks how she did that when she had knee pain. Bhawani says when one really wants to do something, nothing else matters. She says she had a feeling that BAPPA himself wants her to pray for Sai, so she went to the temple. Shivani says if she had this realization a little earlier, then Sai would not have been in such a condition. Bhawani says she did not realize how important it was for Virat and Sai to be together. Pakhi is taken aback to hear this. She says she will go to the hospital and give PRASAD to Sai herself. Omkar says nothing can calm Sai down. Shivani says it is people like him who are called trollers in social media. Sonali and Omkar still bad-mouth Sai. Bhawani tells them to stop.
Bhawani asks Ninad about the cab. Pakhi says there is no need for everyone to go to the hospital. She says only doctors can save Sai, not just praying and taking rounds of the temple. Bhawani says there is a lot of power in faith and praying helps in recovery.
Sunny tells Virat to go inside and see Sai. He tells her that she was looking for him. Virat says he does not think Sai would want to meet him.
