At the beginning of the episode, Bhawani rebukes Ashwini for telling Virat to leave the house. Virat hets hurt and says she did not have to speak to him this bitterly and he would have left even if she just hinted. He says all of them doubt him, so it anyway does not make sense for him to stay here. He says he is glad that all of them think that Sai should not leave this house. Sai says it does not matter to her that where he lives but she will not live in this house. Ninad tells her that Virat will spoil other boys in this house too so he must leave. Virat is heartbroken that his parents also think him wrong.
Virat says he will not trouble them anymore and will go from there. Mohit says now that he is going to live with Shruti, he must divorce Sai before leaving. Virat is shocked. Ninad says he must divorce Sai so that they can marry Sai to someone else later. Bhawani says Ninad has gone mad and she will not allow divorce in this family. Ninad says he cannot let Sai stop living her life.
Virat says he cannot divorce Sai. Pulkit asks how he can live with two women at the same time. Virat says he does not have strength to repeat himself. He says if Sai asks him he will not refuse. Sai says she will soon get her divorce documents for him to sign, as she has no place in Virat’s life anymore. Devi hits Virat, but Sai stops her. Sai asks everyone to bid farewell to her happily as she needs their blessings. Sai touches everyone’s feet. Omkar and Sonali scold Sai for not listening to her father-in-law. Pakhi eggs Sai on that she is leaving house and should not come back.
Bhawani says Sai is being selfish and is not thinking about the family’s reputation. Sai says if asking one’s right is selfish, then she is selfish. Ashwini cries and asks Sai to stay there only after the divorce. Sai says she cannot live a false life. Sai tells them all to be strong. Samrat says they cannot imagine this house without her. Sai says they will get used to it, but if she stays her self-respect will shatter.
Devi and Pulkit tell Sai to live with them in their house. Sai says she wants to fight this battle alone and become independent financially, socially, and emotionally. Mansi tells Sai to not forget them after going and taking care. Sai tells Mohit and Karishma to always stay together and Mohit should prepare for his upcoming tv show. Ninad says she proved that she does not consider him as her father or she would have listened to him. Sai says they are her strength.
Sai tells Virat to always stay happy. Virat listens to everything quietly. He goes to pick up Sai’s luggage but she stops him. Sai sees the ring that Virat gave her and takes it off her finger and hands it over to Virat. Virat takes it back in shock.
