At the beginning of the episode, Samrat gives the medicines to Pulkit. Pulkit tells him that he is going out and Sai will be better hopefully by the time he returns. Samrat says he is there and Virat is there too. Samrat asks Virat if he met Sai. Virat says he has lost his right to meet Sai. Samrat tells him that their relationship cannot break so easily.
Samrat tells Ashwini in Sai’s room, to be strong. Sai opens their eyes again. Ashwini thanks, God. Sai looks at the door. Samrat asks if she is looking for someone. Sai blinks her eyes. Ashwini tells her to just blink her eyes in yes or no as she is too weak to speak. She asks if Sai is looking for Virat. Sai blinks in yes. Ashwini says she will call Virat. Samrat tells her that Virat is refusing to meet Sai in ICU. Ashwini tells him that he was hesitant because he thinks Sai does not want to meet him.
Ashwini tells Virat to go in and meet Sai. Virat says he cannot meet Sai. She tells him that Sai herself asked to meet him. Virat is surprised but feels happy. Virat worries what if her condition becomes worse after seeing him. Ashwini tells him to think positively and takes him inside.
Virat goes to the ICU and looks at Sai. Sai also sees him. He asks how she is and if she can hear him. He asks Sai if she was actually looking for him. Sai blinks in yes. Virat sits next to her and holds her hand. Sai tries to say something, Virat tells her not to exert herself as he knows everything. Sai starts crying. He comforts her and tells her not to shed her tears for him. Sai’s heart rate increases. He gets up to call the doctor. Sai holds his hand to stop him. The nurse tells him that she has become too emotional upon seeing him and tells him to go out so she can rest. Virat tells Sai that he is right outside and will come as soon as she needs him. The nurse tells him to go, so she can give an injection. The nurse tells Sai that Virat cares for her a lot and he has been praying for recovery ever since he came here.
Bhawani and others reach the hospital. Bhawani asks Samrat how Sai is. He tells them that they must talk softly in the hospital. He takes them to Sai’s room. Bhawani tells Sai that they are her family and how she could leave home like that. Ninad says how she could leave her old father-in-law like that. Omkar scolds her but Mansi tells him to be quiet.
Bhawani tells Sai that she went to the big temple and prayed for her. She gives flowers and PRASAD to Sai. Shivani says only doctors can tell when Sai can go back home. Mansi tells Sai that so many of family members love her and will always love her. Samrat tells Sai that doctor is much better and there is nothing to worry about. Ninad asks Sai to say something. Samrat tells him that Sai is too weak to speak after the accident.
Mansi asks if Sai’s voice is gone after the accident. Ninad asks her to call her Baba again. Ninad asks why Virat did not come inside. Samrat tells that Virat came but he went out so Sai could rest. Ninad tells Sai that he always remembers the moment when she gifted him the harmonium. He tells her that he will never be able to play the harmonium if she does not come back to live with them. He says they have realized her value now. He asks Sai to look at her once, but Sai just looks straight.
