At the beginning of the episode, Sai takes little Virat to the doctor. She talks to the doctor about his injury. The doctor says she gave good first-aid. Tai tells Sai to go for an x-ray with little Virat.
Virat is worried about what if Sai has gone to Nagpur and they are looking for her here. Sunny and Mohit tell him not to think negatively. Virat is very worried about her. Mohit calms him down.
Samrat reaches the hospital. Tai tells him about Sai and how she helped him. Sai recognizes Samrat from his picture.
Pakhi’s mother says who knows if Samrat will ever come back. She says Pakhi never lost hope but she is very depressed now so she will feel better about going to her home. Bhavani allows her to go for few days. Pakhi says she wants to go forever. Ninad says they thought she is just saying so because she is upset. Pakhi says Samrat is gone for 1 year and she is still waiting. Pakhi’s mother says how long can she wait and live in pain like this.
Tai introduces Sai and Samrat. Samrat thanks Sai for helping little Virat. Sai thinks if Samrat was always here, why he never called anyone at home. She thinks maybe she is wrong. Samrat asks her if she is a tourist here. Sai says she came on a solo trip. Sai asks him if he is Maharashtrian. Sai asks if he lives somewhere near. Samrat says he lives in the orphanage and helps in taking care of the kids. Samrat invites Sai for the birthday party of the kids. He tells her that kids in orphanages have no birth certificate so they celebrate everyone’s birthday on the same day. Sai compliments him for living selflessly. Samrat says his life was not always like this, but something changed it. Sai asks what he did before. Samrat says he doesn’t talk about his previous life and he is lucky to have these kids.
Sai asks how his previous life was. Samrat asks why she is so interested. Sai says she was also curious how people change the direction of their life and become dedicated to others. Samrat thinks he did not choose this direction but was forced to because of circumstances. Sai asks what is his full name and where he is from. Samrat asks why she is so interested. Sai says it is just because of her Marathi “prem”. Samrat says she can just call him Sam dada. They go after inviting Sai to “Bal Mandir” for the party. Sai prays to God that he only should be Samrat.
Virat reports to local police to search for Sai. Sai comes there and Virat scolds her for being so careless. Sai is excited to tell him, about Samrat but Virat scolds her for being irresponsible and immature. Mohit and Sunny try to calm him down. Virat says they were too worried. Sai says she got busy with something and then met someone. Sai laughs at their missing complaint idea. Sai says she has found a missing person.
She says she wants to eat something before telling anything as she is too hungry. Virat watches her as she eats. Sai asks Virat to eat too but he asks what she wants to tell. She calls her Shiva and Virat says why she called her that. Virat pleads with her to tell clearly. Sai tells him that she found Samrat. Virat is shocked to hear this.
