In the beginning of the episode, while Virat talks to Pakhi. Sai removes the garland from Samrat’s photo and wears it. The family gets shocked, and Ashwini says to her that she shouldn’t do this. Sai says that she knows that this garland means that someone has died, Bhavani says that she has to know that this will not have a good effect on the baby. Virat says to Sai that she cannot do this to her as she knows how much he loves her. Sai says to Virat to not stop her as she wants to die as no one is understanding her feelings as she was not able to save his brother.
Sai says to Pakhi that now she can be happy as she is fulfilling her wish of her life being doomed, as she now wants to be dead herself. Pakhi says that she will not be quiet by the drama of Sai, as she is the one to be blamed for Samrat’s death. Virat removes the garland from Sai’s neck and says to her that this stress is not good for her and the baby. Virat asks Sai to go upstairs and rest. While climbing the stairs, Sai faints and falls down the stairs. The family rushes to Sai, and Pulkit asks Virat to take Sai to the hospital.
Virat picks Sai and brings her to the hospital, and the doctor takes Sai to the operation theater. Meanwhile, Devi says to Pakhi that because of her Sai is in this condition and if anything happens it is only her fault. Bhavani says to the family that she is getting nervous and weird as if something bad is going to happen. Pakhi sits near her window when her mother comes and says tk her that she understands her pain but she also thinks that she said too much to Sai. Mansi comes there and Pakhi asks if she is there as well to talk about Sai. Mansi says that she shares her pain but Sai shouldn’t be cursed.
Pakhi says that she lost her husband and her whole life became a nightmare, and she is here to take Sai’s side when she just said a few tough words to Sai. Mansi says that Samrat considered Sai his sister and if anything happens to Sai’s child Samrat would not be happy. Pakhi says but nothing has happened to Sai yet and her husband is also with her. Pakhi asks Mansi and her mother to leave her alone.
The doctor comes out and says to Virat that Sai is well, and Virat gets happy and says to the family that Sai is well. The doctor says that she also has bad news, Sai had miscarriage. Virat asks the doctor to check again and asks the doctor to let him meet Sai, but the doctor says she will get the reports and tell everything. Omie calls Ninad and Ashwini tells them that Sai lost the child. Bhavani says that they all know who wished bad on Sai and caused the baby. Virat tells Sai about the baby, and Ninad and Ashwini console her.
