At the beginning of the episode, Samrat tells Ninad that Sai is getting emotional and they should get out of the ICU. Bhawani tells Sai to get better soon as she prayed to BAPPA for her. Sunny tells Virat to have coconut water but Virat gives it to the nurse for Sai. The nurse goes in and scolds the family for crowding around Sai. Samrat tells her that they took Pulkit’s permission. The nurse gives it to Sai, but she refuses. Bhawani tells Sai to have it for their sake. Samrat and others tell her to drink it.
Samrat gets worried about why Sai is not speaking. He tells everyone to let Sai rest. Mansi, Bhawani, and Shivani encourage Sai to get better and come home soon. Ninad also tells her to get come home soon as the house is vacant without her.
Virat sees that Sai is not drinking coconut water. He comes in and says he will try. Everyone goes out except Virat. Virat gives coconut to Sai. Everyone looks at them from outside. Virat says he understands that Sai wants to scream at him but she should keep it for later and not refuse food. Virat pretends to be complaining to Kamal sir about Sai that she does not listen to him. He pretends to be Kamal sir who says if someone says anything to his daughter, he will put them in jail. Virat pretends to be scared of him and tells him to try to give her coconut water. He talks like Sai’s father and gives her coconut water. Sai cries on Virat’s shoulder.
Virat gives her the coconut water again and tells her to take it for her father’s sake. Sunny comes in and says Virat is telling Sai to eat but he has not eaten or drunk anything himself. He asks Sai to tell Virat to take care of himself. Sai gestures and asks him about it. Virat gives her the straw and she takes it. Virat and Sai share coconut water. The family feels relieved.
Ninad asks Pulkit about Sai’s health. Pulkit says that Sai is better but they cannot say anything definite. Shivani says Sai is not able to talk. Pulkit says Sai is very weak, so they must wait. Samrat tells Pulkit that Sai has coconut water when Virat requested her. Pulkit says they must do what Sai wants and Virat must be near Sai if she wants that.
Shivani requests Ninad to behave well with Sai from now on. Ninad says all that will not happen in the future. Pulkit says he is happy that Virat has kept his ego aside. Shivani says now there will be no problem between Sai and Virat. Everyone thanks God for bringing Virat and Sai together. Pakhi comes and sees Virat and Sai. She wonders why Virat went in when he had decided not to meet Sai.
Virat says it seems he is losing his ability to hear, as Sai is saying so many things but he is not able to hear. He thanks Sai for drinking coconut water at his request. He asks her to have medicine even if it is bitter in taste. He says the nurse has given him the responsibility to take care of her. Sai thinks she knows how well he takes care. Virat says when she recovers fully, he will take her to Gadchiroli if she wants
