At the beginning of the episode, Sai says she is very attached to the family. Pulkit asks her what about Virat. Sai says maybe it was not meant to be between her and Virat. She tells him not to ask her such questions as it will disturb her focus. She says she only wants to become a doctor and dedicate her life to society. Pulkit tells her that she will become a brilliant doctor. Sai thanks him for his support. Pulkit again asks Sai to stay with him and Devi. Sai tells him not to worry about her. Pulkit reminds her that they are all with her and hopes he could talk to Virat. Sai says he has chosen Shruti over her.
Samrat goes to Virat in anger. He asks him how he will look at himself in the mirror. He blasts Virat for breaking Sai’s heart. He says Sai proved herself more responsible than him and she went away from his life without any question. Virat tells him that he does have an affair with Shruti. Samrat asks him to take him to Shruti so he can ask her himself. Virat asks him not to drag Shruti in all this. Samrat pushes him in anger. Pakhi tells Samrat not to fight with his own brother. Virat tells her to stay out of it. Samrat says Virat has broken his heart too and he is no more his brother. Virat sits down dejected.
Pulkit makes Shruti eat something. Pulkit tells her that he does not want to keep any relationship with Virat. Sai tells him not to do so as Virat is just living his life. She tells that it is not fair to expect Virat to live his life as per their expectations and their marriage is over. Pulkit says life is not a video game where open can change their partner as per their choice. Pulkit says he thought Virat loved Sai but his morals and principles are nowhere to be seen. Sai says morals and principles do not work in matters of heart. Pulkit gets a call for consulting in another hospital for a surgery. Sai requests Pulkit to take her along to observe him. Pulkit allows her to assist him.
Pakhi tells Virat that she understands his pain but no-one else can. She says Sai left him despite him telling her to have little patience. She says Sai was in a hurry to leave him. She says she would have waited for his answer if she was in Sai’s place and her love for him would have been unconditional. Pakhi holds his hand and say the only person who has a right to know who Shruti is, is her as she was the first one in his life.
Virat takes his hand away from her. Virat tells her that there is nothing between them and she is just showing fake concern. He tells her she should not think that she can start again after Sai’s departure. Pakhi says she was just concerned about him. Virat tells her not to worry about him and stay away from him. Pakhi asks how his hand got hurt. Virat tells her to go from there. Shruti calls him. Pakhi taunts him that Sai was right. Shruti tells Virat to come as they are planning to operate on her and she is scared.
Pulkit and Sai reach the hospital. Pulkit introduces Sai to Shruti’s doctor. Pulkit gives Sai to study patient’s file while he takes details from the doctor. Sai thinks it is a very complicated case, so she must comfort the patient. Virat thinks while driving that once the operation goes successfully, he will shift her to a safe place and then bring Sai back.
Sai prays to God to help her materialise her dream. She vows to always keep her work before her personal life.
