In the beginning of the episode, Pulkit tells Sai’s ward that she can be taken home as she has received the discharge. Virat says to Sai that he’ll go and do all the formalities and everyone will accompany him. Sai says to Ashwin that she doesn’t want to go home as Pakhi’s words hurt her and she lets that transfer to the baby. Ashwin says to Sai that she should come home and soon all the hate in Pakhi’s mind will leave. Meanwhile, Mansi says to Bhavani that she shouldn’t blame Pakhi as she is in pain herself and didn’t know what she was doing. Bhavani says to Mansi that she has always supported Pakhi but it was her curse that took Sai’s child.
In the doctor’s cabin, the doctor tells Virat and Sai that this happened because Sai was under stress for the past few days. Sai says she knows that she had a miscarriage, but can she get pregnant again. The doctor says that she has to tell them the truth that because of the stress currently, her body has gotten so weak that she cannot conceive. Virat leaves the cabin in worry, and Ashwini comes to him and says that he has to go and be with Sai as she needs him the most.
Virat brings Sai home and is made to sit on the chair. Everyone in pain asks Sai to rest and recover and they can once again be pregnant. Sai says that everyone is expecting her to have another baby, but she cannot give them happiness. Ninad and Ashwini tell the family that they thought they would tell them later but now that Sai has already told them, the doctor said that Sai can’t be pregnant again. Bhavani says that how can the doctor judge now that Sai can’t get pregnant as she is weak now. Devi asks Pulkit, and he says it’s true.
Bhavani gets angry and goes to Pakhi’s room. Pakhi’s mother says to her that she has said too much to Sai, she says that she doesn’t care what happens to Sai, she lives or dies. Bhavani comes to the room and says that she cares what happened to Sai. She drags Pakhi downstairs and asks her to ask Sai about the happy news. Ninad says it’s not happy news, Bhavani says it’s not for them but for Pakhi she won. Bhavani says that she blamed Sai for Samratâs death and took revenge by killing Sai’s baby, Bhavani asks Pakhi to leave the house and Mansi says she will leave with Pakhi. Sai stops Pakhi and says that she is not leaving the house.
