At the beginning of the episode, Shruti tells Virat to hurry up as specialist doctors have come. Sai comes to Shruti’s room. She tells her that she will assist the visiting doctor. She sees the name on file is S. Chavan and thinks of Virat. Sai reminds herself not to let her personal life take over her duty. She does Shruti’s checkup.
Shruti’s doctor updates Pulkit about Shruti’s condition. Pulkit says this is a very complicated operation and her husband must be aware of the risks. Doctor instructs nurse to call Virat and check. Virat tells that he will reach soon.
Sai asks Shruti that her pregnancy history is not in the file. Shruti says she had to travel frequently with her husband so she could not get regular checkups. Sai says it was very irresponsible of her. Shruti asks if there is something wrong in her file. Sai tells her that she is just a medical student and doctor will brief her about her condition. Shruti asks her how she menages studies and her house. Sai avoids it and changes the subject. Sai asks what her husband does. She says he is an administrative manager. Sai avoids Shruti’s questions about her life.
Virat reaches the hospital. Pulkit comes to meet Shruti. Pulkit tells her not to worry. Shruti asks if her life is in danger as her son has no-one except her. She then says except her and her husband. Pulkit and Sai tell her not to think negative. Virat comes to the room. Sai and Virat are shocked to see each other.
Sai is heart-broken all over again. She says it means she is Mrs. Shruti Chavan. Virat thinks he had admitted Shruti to this hospital as it is very far from Sai’s college and never thought they will run into each other. Doctor asks Sai if she knows Virat. Sai says she does not know Shruti Chavan’s husband. She introduces herself as Sai Kamal Joshi. Virat is taken aback. Shruti remembers that Virat’s wife is also medical student.
Nurse comes and asks Virat to sign acknowledgement for his son’s birth certificate. Sai thinks how Virat could betray her like this. Virat thinks situation is getting even more tangled. Pulkit tell Virat to check his child’s details properly. Virat signs the acknowledgement. Sai goes out. Pulkit goes behind her. Doctor stops him so he says he cannot do this surgery and they should call someone else.
Sai breaks down. Virat is also in pain. Sai remembers everything that happened. She thinks she should never have married Virat. She thinks she trusted Virat completely and who she thought is an honest police officer and who could never cheat anyone, betrayed her. She thinks he should have told her to leave instead of cheating on her. She thinks Virat did not just break her heart but her too.
