In the beginning of the episode, Sai stops Pakhi from leaving. Sai says that she didn’t lose her child because of Pakhi, she says Pakhi did curse her but it wasn’t the reason as she felt her body wasn’t ready for the baby. Bhavani says to Sai that she doesn’t need to defend Pakhi as she herself has seen the behaviour Pakhi had towards Sai. Ashwini says that’s why she was stopping Pakhi to in anger say anything that she would repent later. Pakhi says why is everyone blaming her for Sai’s child loss, as she never cursed the child.
Bhavani says that during pregnancy mother and child are connected and everything that happens to the mother it also affects the child. Bhavani says that she has decided that Pakhi will leave the house with her mother and later on her things will also be sent. Mansi says that Pakhi will not leave alone as she will go with her, Omie and Ninad ask Mansi to not leave. Bhavani says that if Mansi has forgotten that this was the family who stood by her after her husband’s loss and she should stay with them and help recover from the death of their son. Mansi and Pakhi leave the house with Pakhi’s mother.
In their room Sai and Virat relive the moments together when she was pregnant and he did shopping and decided names of the kid, they sleep in pain. In the morning, Bhavani brings tea for Sai and Virat in their room. Sai says that she shouldn’t have done this Bhavani says that she had to as she wants them to recover and become healthy. Bhavani says that she wants them tk take them to another doctor so that they can have a second opinion.
At Pakhi’s house, Pakhi’s mother asks Mansi and Pakhi to eat and drink something. Mansi says that she cannot stay here longer as it’s her daughter-in-law’s house, Pakhi’s mother says that she shouldn’t say this as she and Pakhi can live with them as long as they want. Mansi leaves, and Pakhi asks her mother that Virat tried to stop her does that mean he doesn’t blame her for Sai’s miscarriage.
At the hospital, Bhavani asks the doctor if there is a way in which Sai and Virat can become parents. The doctor says it is possible and there are two ways. Bhavani exclaims and says that she knew that they needed the second opinion as the previous doctor could be wrong. The doctor says that Sai’s doctor isn’t wrong; she cannot become a mother by conceiving. The two options are either adoption or surrogacy. Bhavani says that they want a child naturally, and leave the hospital.
At the house, Bhavani tells the family what the doctor said. Ashwin and Ninad say to Bhavani that she shouldn’t ask Virat and Sai to get pregnant after they just lost their child.
