At the beginning of the episode, Virat tells Pakhi that if she has checked on Sai, she may leave. Pakhi is shocked. Virat says he does not want anyone around by whose presence Sai’s condition may worsen. Pakhi says he cannot talk to her as if she is a passerby. He requests Pakhi to go again. Pakhi asks if she can give the flowers or she should throw them in the dustbin. Virat allows. She places the bouquet in the vase and taunts Virat to put some flowers in Sai’s hair since he braided her hair lovingly. Pakhi leaves.
Sai feels agitated. Virat tells her not to think about anyone. Virat says if she is not speaking to punish him and the rest of the family.
Pulkit tells Samrat to take Pakhi home, as he does not want anyone around who does not wish her well. At home, Omkar creates a scene that they got late for dinner because of Sai. Sonali says Sai is doing drama. Bhawani and Ninad reprimand them. Ninad asks Omkar why Sonali and Karishma did not go to the hospital. Sonali says they stayed because it is not right to leave BAPPA alone at home. Ninad says they can go now. Karishma asks if it is allowed to go late at night. Omkar says he went there, so that is enough. Ninad asks Omkar to accept Sai as she is. Ninad gets up from the table and does not have food.
Omkar says why is everyone going crazy about Sai just because she got a little injured. Sonali and Karishma also support him and say Sai changed Bhawani and Ninad. Sonali asks Bhawani why she changed her perspective. Bhawani says she did not change but corrected her perspective. She also leaves the table. Omkar tells Sonali not to change. He wishes Sai actually should leave and never come back.
Sai gets up and sees Virat sleeping. She scolds Virat for being in such a condition. Virat is happy to see Sai speaking. He says he was waiting to see her shouting at him. He says he was scared after talking to Pulkit. Sai says he must have been relieved to be rid of her chatter. He says he is very happy to see her talking and asks what she wants to do in the future. Sai turns and he calls her. Virat gets up and realizes all this was a dream. He hopes Sai will start speaking soon after consultation with the psychiatrist.
Pulkit brings the psychiatrist, Dr. Anjali. Virat tells Sai to talk to the doctor freely as they wait outside. Sai holds Virat’s hand. Dr. Anjali says he can stay there if Sai wants. Dr. Anjali says she is a very brave girl who risked her life for an unknown boy. She encourages Sai to speak and asks the reason for not speaking. She says she knows Sai has seen a lot of ups and downs in the past year. She says she is here to listen to all her issues and Sai can cry if she wants.
Sai starts crying. Virat and Pulkit go outside. Dr. Anjali tells Sai not to hesitate as no one will judge her. She gives Sai a pen and paper to start communicating. Sai writes ‘V’.
