At the beginning of the episode, Pakhi tells Samrat that their marriage is the reality of her life. She tells him that he is wrong that she still loves Virat. Samrat says she cannot deny it as he knows everything, but he keeps quiet because of Virat. Samrat says he allowed her in his life again and he accepted the situation as it is. He says she is trying to show that she can love him, but love is not forced. Samrat tells her that she cannot interfere in Virat’s life because her actions affect other lives too.
Samrat tells her that he will not let Sai get hurt again. Pakhi says he can see Sai’s hurt, but not hers. Samrat asks why she is hurt. Pakhi says her life fell apart, but now that she is trying to rebuild her life, he does not trusts her. Samrat says she has been trying like a small kid who wants to change her favorite toy with another one. Samrat says for her, he is just a replacement for Virat. He requests her to let Sai remain happy as others will also be unhappy if she is unhappy. Pakhi is shocked. He leaves the room.
Ashwini tells Virat to feed Sai and not to bother her too much. Devi calls for Sai on Virat’s phone. She tells that she wanted to go to the hospital, but Pulkit said he will take her when she is fully alright. Sai tells her that she will come to meet her once she is okay. Virat tells Devi that Sai has still not had her lunch, so he will hang up now.
Sai asks Virat if she needed to be in hospital for him to talk to her nicely. Virat asks Sai why she reminds him of his bad behavior whenever he is nice to her. Sai says she will stay quiet. Virat tells her that she can still eat while sulking. Virat says there is a lizard. Sai gets scared and says where. Virat puts food in her food. Sai says she is not eating for him but Ashwini as she made such delicious food. Virat feeds her.
Pulkit thanks Dr. Anjali for helping Sai. Ashwini requests Anjali if she can talk to her alone. They go to her cabin. Ashwini thanks her and requests her to explain to her what Sai thinks too. Anjali tells her that Sai has seen too many hardships in such a small life but she is strong. Ashwini says she cares for everyone in the house, but she could not connect to Virat in the same way. Anjali says Sai gets affected by Virat’s past. Ashwini says that is all in the past and Virat loves her dearly. Anjali says she feels Virat matters the most for Sai too.
Anjali says they both want to be together but somehow start feeling suffocated when they are together. She says when two people are forced to say together, then they feel suffocated, but such people should be allowed to solve their problems on their own. She says their bitterness will go away if they become friends.
Family prays to Ganapati. Ninad prays for Sai’s return. Sonali and Karishma taunt on him that Sai may not want to come back herself, as she left the house willingly. Pakhi says they did not see how Virat was taking care of Sai and she will come back if Virat says. Samrat says this is her own house. Omkar says then why she ran away like thieves.
Ashwini thanks Anjali for her advice and says she knows what to do now when Sai comes back. Anjali tells her to take care. Ashwini prays to God to show Sai and Virat the right way.
Doctor asks Sai how she is and if she wants to get discharged. Sai gets confused about where she will go after discharge. The doctor says she will go to her home. Sai says that is not her home. Pulkit tells the doctor to talk to him. Virat tells Sai that she can stay with Pulkit and Devi and can come back when she feels like it. Sai says she is no shuttlecock who will keep moving from here and there.
