At the beginning of the episode, Dr. Anjali asks Sai if she wants to write Virat’s name. Sai stops and writes ‘AABA’. Anjali tells that her father gave her responsibility to Virat. She asks Sai if she wants Virat in her life or not. She says she can see the confusion on her face, but she should take time and decide if she wants to live with Virat or not. Anjali says why she is feeling lonely when she has so many people in her life who love her dearly. She tells her that her happiness does not depend on a single person. Ashwini watches them from outside.
Sai starts crying. She calms her down and tells her to visualize every person who loves her dearly. Sai visualizes Ashwini, Samrat, Shivani, and Virat. Anjali tells her that she should take control of her own happiness and should not go away from Nagpur. Sai finally speaks while crying. The doctor comforts her and encourages her to talk. She tells her that the best way is to not have expectations from others and continue doing the right thing without expecting anything. Sai thanks her. Sai tells Anjali that she is feeling better after listening to her.
Anjali asks if Sai wants to continue living in the hospital and her family is missing her. She tells her all of them were waiting and praying for her recovery. Anjali says she is not right to think no one loves her. She tells her that Sai will soon be her colleague. Sai says Anjali is very nice. Anjali seeks Sai’s permission to call Pulkit and Virat. Sai says yes.
Pakhi tells Samrat that he has done enough for Sai and he should rest a bit at home. Samrat says he cannot rest when his sister is in such a condition. Pakhi says Virat does not want anyone around Sai. Samrat says if she is sure that Virat said that. Pakhi says he did and his argument with Sai is also over. Samrat says how she knows this. Pakhi says Virat has compromised with Sai because he is jealous of her moving on. She says only Samrat understands her. Samrat asks if they really understand each other. Pakhi says Samrat understands him the best, unlike Virat. Samrat asks why she brings Virat into their conversation.
Pakhi says she does not care about Virat. She wants to change everyone’s perspective and she will not tolerate how Virat and others misbehave with her. She says Samrat is very mature and she needs a man just like him. Samrat asks if she had a fight with Virat. Pakhi says she wants to go Mahabaleshwar with him to be away from Virat. Samrat says she must think if she wants to stay with him or away from Virat. He tells her that Virat had to choose between love and responsibility in the past but now his love and responsibility are same, but Pakhi is still stuck there. Samrat tells her that she still loves Virat and they must accept this reality.
Ashwini comes in and thanks Anjali for helping Sai. Sai hugs Ashwini. Anjali asks Pulkit and Virat to come in. Sai says hello to them. Virat and Pulkit are overjoyed to hear her voice. Virat gets emotional. Virat says Sai was silent for so many days. Sai taunts that he must have been happy. Virat smiles at this. Virat thanks Dr. Anjali. Ashwini thanks Anjali too. Anjali says she just did her duty. She tells Virat to take care of Sai and himself.
Virat asks Sai to tell him everything and scold him. Sai says she has nothing new to say to him and he must be tired of her same taunts. Virat says those taunts will be music to his ears today.
