At the beginning of the episode, Samrat opens the door for Virat. Ninad turns his face from him. Virat says Sai called him here for something important. Pakhi asks Virat that he has a baby with Shruti when he talked about morality so much. Sai tells Virat that she wants one last thing from him. Virat says everything is hers. She says nothing was ever hers.
Sai gives divorce papers to Virat to sign. Virat is shocked. Sai says they are anyway separated and this is just a formality. She says his freedom is a gift from her to him and Shruti. Virat says this is not freedom but life term for him. Virat and Sai feel emotional and remember old days. Sai starts smiling thinking, but then comes to reality.
Sai tells Virat to sign as his wife and child must be waiting for him. Virat says his marriage and divorce are both happening without his consent. Sai says everything is happening because of his wish only. Sai says it is not easy for her to do this in Chavan Nivas, but she had to do it. Virat asks why she is doing all this. Sai says he has the last chance to tell her the reason to break her heart, because after this she will refuse to recognise him.
Shivani says Virat must be shocked that Sai took this decision but she will not cry in a corner. Ashwini and Bhawani call Virat a bad person. Bhawani says she is thinking of putting in newspaper that he is no-one for them. Ninad supports him. Omkar says they are anyway getting ridiculed for free, then why spend money.
Mansi asks Virat to tell the whole truth, if there is something they do not know. Ashwini wishes she never had a child. Bhawani says he chose his love over his family. Sai tells the all to be quiet and let them do what she came here for.
Pakhi asks why Sai is in such hurry. Mohit calls Virat by his name not Dada. Virat says he will sign if Sai wants this. Ninad says not Sai but he wants it and he cannot pretends as if he is not at fault. Virat says when they come to know of the truth, they will request him to come back, but he will not return.
Virat says a relationship is built on trust, when there is no trust there is no point. Sai asks him to sign it as a favour of her. Virat says he will sign the paper after she signs them. Sai says he always kept her last in his life, but now he wants to keep her ahead. Sai agrees to sign first. She gets emotional while signing.
Bhawani request them to get together again and not break their marriage. Sai says the soul has left their dead marriage and it cannot be saved.
