At the beginning of the episode, Sai says she has the right to talk about house matters as the daughter-in-law of the house. Sonali says they would have changed Virat’s wife if they could. Everyone is shocked. Virat says how she could say such a thing even in anger. Virat says if it upsets her so much, they will not go. Ninad says they will surely go.
Bhawani says he is not talking like a family member. Ninad says they are all members of family. He says Ashwini knows everything what to buy and kids can also learn all this. Omkar asks Bhawani to give him the list so he can buy. Sai says Ninad has already made the list for everyone, even the factory workers. She tells what is in the list and asks Bhawani to add to it if she wants.
Pakhi says Sai thinks of herself as head of the family. Sonali also instigates. Bhawani says she will decide like every year. Mansi says Sai is also saying the same thing. Bhawani takes the list and tears it. Sai is about to say something but Virat stops her. Bhawani tells Ninad and Omi to go shopping. Ninad tells that he is going for some work. Bhawani says nothing is more important than her order.
Ninad says there is a reason behind his decision. Ninad tells Sai and Virat to go to their room. Ninad tells Bhawani that he is trying to bring Sai and Virat together so that they can understand the meaning of being married. Ashwini tells Bhawani that she and Ninad do not find anything wrong in her demand but Sai and Virat have to also agree to it. She says they will never agree to such a thing forcefully, so they want them both to realise their love.
Sai complains that Bhawani will never agree and why Ninad sent them here. Virat calms her down. Sai says Bhawani likes to make mountain out of molehill. Virat says he used to go with Sunny and Sadanand for Diwali shopping during college days.
Pakhi asks Ninad why Sai is given special treatment. Bhawani says she said she will not give any special treatment. Ashwini says then why she only asked Sai for the heir, then she will have to give her some special treatment. Bhawani finally agrees that they can do as they like.
Ashwini and Ninad come and tell Virat and Sai that Bhawani has agreed. They are excited. Sai gives Ashwini and Ninad a new name NinAsh. Sai explains what that means. Ashwini says Sai and Virat makes SaiRat. Ashwini tells Sai to wear a saree for as it is Diwali. Virat opens the trunk and picks a saree for her to wear. Sai says he should wear the matching kurta. Sai, Virat and Ashwini to go the mall. Ashwini says they make a good couple, that’s why everyone is looking at them. Virat bumps into someone. He finds him familiar but his face is covered. Sai calls Virat.
