At the beginning of the episode, The goon says that he won’t tolerate this behaviour. He says that he will sit where he wants to. Dr. Thurat comes and ask him what is this drama? He says that he can’t talk to the staff like this. The goon says that he is not scared of anyone. He says that half of the nagpur belongs to him. He shows knife to Dr. Thurat. He tells him to sit. Sai shouts and tells him that he won’t sit on that bed. Dr. Thurat ask Sai what is she doing?
She tells the goon that they work hard for their patients and in return atleast they can give us some respect. She says that threatening a doctor is illegal and she can call the police and put him in the jail. She says that now he can decide on his own what does he wants. She says that nagpur might belongs to his father, brother or anyone but this hospital doesn’t belongs to him. She says there he has to follow their rules. Then he says that she is arguing with him in his way and he liked it.
He sits where Sai ask him to sit. He ask her to give him painkiller. She does his treatment. He goes closer to Sai and touches her hair. Sai slaps him and ask him to not misbehave with her next time. She says that she dealed with lots of goons like him and she is not scared of him. She ask him to stay in his limits. He says that he liked it that she slapped him because by this way atleast she touched him. On the other hand, Virat comes back to home. He spends some time with Ashwini.
He ask her to go to sleep. Then he sees Samrat and Pakhi coming from outside and they are happy. Samrat says that today he will tell him something which will make his day even better. He says that now he and Patralekha are friends. She says that he can call her Pakhi. Virat says that he is happy for them. Pakhi says that she is feeling sleepy so she is going to her room. In her room Pakhi opens her laptop and deletes all her pictures with Virat and the memories related to him. Meanwhile, Samrat comes and brings green tea for her.

Pakhi says that he always being rude with him and still he cares for her. Samrat says that he will care for her because she is his friend. Then Pakhi remembers the day when she told him that she likes green tea. Virat is missing Sai so he texted her. Sai replies and says that she miss him too.
