At the beginning of the episode, Sai asks the doctor about the patient’s condition. She worries that Shruti’s vitals are critical. Pulkit says they must give an injection immediately. Sai asks if she can give the injection. Pulkit allows her. Shruti sees Sai. Virat thinks Sai proved him right that if Sai had been there she would have taken care of her. Shruti’s condition becomes worse after injection. Virat asks what is wrong. Pulkit says she is having trouble in breathing. Virat says he trusts Pulkit and whatever has to happen will happen.
Sai prays to God to save Shruti for Virat and Sahas. The nurse tells that Shruti’s vitals are stabilizing now. Pulkit says it means Shruti’s body is accepting the medicine. The doctor tells Virat to wait outside.
Ashwini and Sonali help Bhawani to walk with support. The family tells her that she will soon start walking on her own. Pakhi comes home and tells that she went to the temple to pray for her health. Bhawani says at least someone in this house was happy. Pakhi is puzzled. Pakhi is shocked to know that Virat has a baby with Shruti. Pakhi thinks Virat cheated on her to marry Sai and then cheated on Sai to live with Shruti. She thinks Virat is a serial cheater.
Pulkit tells Sai to check Shruti’s BP. Shruti opens her eyes. Sai asks how she is feeling. Shruti thanks Pulkit for doing her surgery. She says he saved her child from becoming an orphan. Sai is puzzled. Shruti says she wants to talk to Sai alone as it is personal. Pulkit says they are doctors and there is nothing personal between them. Shruti says she needs to talk to her for ten minutes. Sai says they can talk professionally but nothing personal.
Virat comes to Shruti’s room. Sai tells him that his wife is much better and he must take care of her and their child. Sai remembers how Virat used to take care of her. Sai tells them that she has another test next week. Virat thanks Sai for everything. Virat takes care of Sahas. Sai sees them and remembers that Virat told her that he will never force her to have a baby. The nurse asks Virat for sweets as both his wife and baby are safe now. Sai says she will give her money to distribute sweets to the whole staff. Sai says she was part of the operating team and this was her first operation, so she wants to do it.
Sai tells Virat that he should share his happiness with the hospital staff. She gives money to the nurse and wishes that Virat’s child remains healthy and happy. She wishes that Virat remains happy with his family and no one comes in between them. Virat says she has already left him alone. Sai asks if he told his family about his baby. Virat says he has left his family. Sai says he must have taken that decision for his wife and baby.
Pulkit tells Sai to go. Virat says he wants to talk to Sai. Sai says he has everything now, even a baby. She tells Virat and Shruti that they are very lucky and should take care of each other. Sai leaves. Shruti tells Virat that she knows he is hurt by Sai’s behavior. She says she wanted to talk to Sai, but Sai refused. Virat tells her not to say anything to Sai. Virat says if Sai is willing to listen then he only will clear all her misunderstandings.
