At the beginning of the episode, Sai sees everyone coming out of the ICU. She tries to stops Mohit and asks him how’s Virat? He says nothing. Bhawani asks Mohit to don’t listen to Sai. Sai asks Bhawani to please tell her the condition of Virat. She asks her why she is still here? She asks Sai to leave. She says there is no need for her. Sai says that she asked her to not come inside and she listened to her but she can’t go from there. She says she wants to see Virat. She pleads in front of her to let her go inside.
Bhawani says that she promised Virat that now she will not let her go near him. She says she is bad luck to him. Sai says she knows she made a mistake by not trusting him but don’t give her such a big punishment. She goes to Samrat and tells him to please listen to her. He says that he always supported her in Every situation but today he can’t. He says that he can’t trust her anymore. Sai tries to convince Devyani and Virat’s aunt. They also say that now they don’t want to help her. They says that they asked her to believe Virat but she didn’t.
Bhawani says that because of her they are already suffering so much. She says that they are about to lose their son. Pakhi asks her to go. She says that now they won’t let her go near Virat. Bhawani asks everyone to go to home. Samrat says that he will stay there. He says he can’t leave Virat in this condition. Bhawani says okay. She reminds him to not let Sai ho inside at any cost. He says okay. When Bhawani goes Sai tries to go inside but Pakhi stops her and asks her to go from there. She cries so much.
Pakhi goes inside. She says sorry to Virat for not trusting him. She says that she got scared of Shruti because she thought that she will take him away from her. She says she did a huge mistake. She asks him to get well soon. She says that the way he got separated from Sai is the sign that they are meant to be together. She says she can’t believe that she trusted Sai. She prays for his well-being.
Samrat sees Sai waiting outside. He asks her to go home. Sai says she can’t. She says she knows he is angry with her. Samrat says that maybe this is what happens when someone trusts a person blindly and goes away. Pulkit comes and asks Sai what is she doing here alone. She says that Bhawani asks everyone to not let her go near Virat. Pulkit says that they are angry with her for a valid reason. He says he did the same with Virat when she met with an accident. He then tells her that they have to do the operation of Virat in which there are very less chances that he can survive. Sai broke down after hearing this.
