At the beginning of the episode, Pulkit welcomes everyone to the function. Sai waits for Virat and looks at the door. Pulkit announces the name and achievements of Sai and invites the dean and chief guest on stage. They inaugurate the function. Ninad tells Ashwini that Virat is not replying to his calls. Ashwini says Sai is right and Virat may not come. She worries if Sai actually leaves the house. Ninad consoles her. Ashwini tells him to talk to Virat to get to the root of the problem.
Mansi says she has done their family proud. Bhawani says getting a few marks is nothing, and Samrat and Virat actually made them proud in the whole country. Sai’s friend comes and congratulates her. He asks why she is looking low when her whole family is here. Sai thinks all except one is here. She sends a message to Virat telling him that function has started.
Virat sees the message and is about to reply that he will not be able to come. The doctor comes and congratulates him that they saved both mother and child. Sonali says it is a boring function and she wants to leave. Bhawani supports her. Sonali says Sai must feel good by praise of college people like this as her husband ignores her. Mansi wonders if Virat is in trouble. Pakhi says Virat is in trouble with some woman.
Bhawani asks if the situation is so bad. Karishma says Sai is getting an award on one hand, and her husband is leaving her on the other hand. Bhawani says she cannot believe that Virat can do something like this. Sonali says it is time for Sai to leave home again. Devi says Sai also said that she will leave the house. Sonali says Bhawani had expectations of an heir and they are planning to separate.
Samrat wonders what is going on in Virat’s life. Mohit thinks if he should tell what he saw to Samrat. Bhawani tells them all to shut up and says nothing like this will happen. Sonali says she is just telling the truth. Samrat tells Bhawani to keep her cool as she is the head of the family. Bhawani says Sonali is speaking too much and he should tell her to keep quiet. Ashwini starts crying. Mansi tells Pakhi to find out where Virat is. Pakhi says she does not want to come in Virat and Sai’s matters.
Pulkit announces a performance. Students perform Virat and Sai’s story. Sai imagines herself and Virat on stage. Performance gets over and Sai gets up from her daze.
