At the beginning of the episode, Pulkit invites the dean to say a few words about Sai’s achievement. Dean praises Sai profusely, but Sai remains upset.
Virat goes to see the baby and feels relieved that he was able to carry out his promise to Sadanand. He says to Sahas that he must show courage to survive in this world. He introduces himself to Sahas and tells him about Sai too. He feels emotional thinking about Sai and that he is missing her function. He says he is very proud of Sai and he hopes one day even she will be proud of him.
Sai thinks Virat proved that he does not care for her, else he would have come. Virat shows Sai’s photo to Sahas. He clicks Sahas’s photo. Sai’s friends ask her why looks like she has failed. Sai thinks she has failed in the exam of life. Virat meets Shruti and tells her that Sahas is alright. He congratulates her for having a son. She says she wants to see the baby. Nurse tells her to not get up. Virat shows Sahas’s photo to Shruti. Shruti asks why Sahas is in a box. Virat tells that he is a little weak, but he will be fine soon. Nurse gives her an injection and she sleeps. Nurse tells Virat that he can go out for some time if needs to go.
Sunny reaches the function hall and asks about Virat. He is surprised to know that Virat has not come to the function. Samrat asks him if he knows anything about Shruti. Sunny says he has never heard of her. Mohit tells Sunny that Virat goes out at night and then stays there. Sunny says Shruti or her husband might be in trouble. Samrat says if that was the case, then Virat should have brought Shruti home and they would have taken care of her. Pakhi says they would have taken care of her just like Sai, as Virat seems to have opened a care centre for women. Samrat tells her to shut up and she gets up and goes.
Mohit wonders if he should tell them about what he saw. He tells Samrat that he feels Virat is doing something wrong. Samrat asks him to tell clearly. Mohit says he saw Virat coming out from a hotel room with a woman. Samrat says he cannot believe Virat can do this to Sai. Sunny says Virat cannot do anything wrong to Sai even in hhis dreams.
Virat rushes to go to the function, but cannot start his car, so he borrows a bike from someone to rush to the function. Award ceremony starts. Devi says Sai will also go on stage. Karishma says she is nowhere to be seen. Sonali says Sai is being treated like a celebrity. Ninad says she is a celebrity and will be interviewed by press today. Virat drives very fast. Virat reaches just in time. He thinks Sai must be really disappointed in him but he wants to see her taking the award himself.
Pulkit finally announces Sai’s name. Sai is lost, so Pulkit asks her to come up on stage. Devi cheers for her. Ashwini says Sai is sad because of Virat. Dean asks Pulkit to give the award to Sai as he has a big hand in her achievement. Pulkit gives her the award and they all congratulate her. Virat reaches forward and Sai sees him.
