At the beginning of the episode, Virat tells Shruti that the right to take care of him belongs only to one person and none else can take her place. Shruti says he is insulting her by saying all this and she is not trying to take anyone’s place. Virat apologises to Shruti and tells her to take the food back.
Pulkit tells Shruti that she is wrong in trying to save Virat. Shruti says she has a feeling that she must save Virat and she does not want Virat to suffer. She says his life now has two more people and they cannot punish them to Virat’s wrongdoings. Pulkit says she freed him. He says Virat left you just like Pakhi while moved on with another woman. Sai is crestfallen. Pulkit says Virat is a cheat and he will Shruti also one day.
Shruti checks Virat’s fever. Virat tells her to stay away from him. Shruti says she cannot stay like this and jail would be better than staying like this. She says she is just trying to help him but he is running away from her.
Pulkit says Sai is wrong to think that Virat is attached to the baby but he will leave the baby also one day. Pulkit says she must forget Virat completely. Sai says she also wants that but she has stay in the city to complete her studies. Pulkit says Virat will always be with her unless she takes him out of her heart. Sai says she does not want to compromise on her studies and her fight is only with herself. She says she does not even want to face Virat.
Virat says sorry to Shruti and says he is not in his right mind. Shruti says she can understand his position as his marriage has broken. She says she asked him to clear the misunderstandings. Virat breaks down and says Sai had promised to always trust him but she broke everything that was between them. Shruti tries to comfort him but stops. Shruti says this is the first time he shared his feelings with her and she will be there for him. Shruti asks him to eat food to his mental health will affect his physical health too. Virat goes from there.
Sai goes to DIG’s office. DIG says he wanted to talk to her about Virat. Sai says what has to happen happens. She says some marriages are meant to break and life does not ends with a marriage. DIG asks if she has come to ask for a favour. Sai says she came after just reading the news and was surprised to know that Virat did not tell them. She show him the divorce certificate which is dated a year back. She says Virat married Shurti after they had separated.
Sai says Virat married her out of obligation as Virat had promised her dying father and their marriage was a deal. DIG says he has seen them caring for each other. Sai says they care for each other but that does mean they are together. DIG says he always thought she supported the right side but now he cannot understand why Virat did not explain this himself. Sai asks him to clear the charges on Virat and take back his suspension.
DIG asks her where she is staying. Sai says she is staying in the hostel. DIG finds it difficult to believe what she is saying. Sai says no-one is ready to believe that their marriage was just a deal. Sai tells him that Virat and Shruti were together since before her marriage. DIG says he know there is something special between her and Virat. He says he can see that Sai is not right today. Sai say she needs to go. He offers to drop her bur she says she has booked a cab.
Sai goes out and bumps into Virat. Virat says what else she needed to know. Sai says she does not need to know anything. Virat says she must have come to be a witness for his suspension. Sai says he knows everything. Sai asks about his wife and baby. Virat says Shruti and Sahas are fine. Sai says Shruti is not fine as she is not taking care of him. Virat says she will regret the day she comes to know the truth. Virat says he has no right to stop her and she went away on her.
Sai gives him the divorce certificate and says he might need it. He says this can save him from troubles.
