At the beginning of the episode, Virat says to Sai, what if he dies, at least he will come to know if that makes a difference to her. Sai stops him for saying anything more. Sai says she has told him that she is nobody for him still he cared for her after her accident. Virat says it was different then. Sai gives him his medicine and asks what he said to Pakhi so she started crying and he had to hold her hands. Virat asks her to stay away from his matters. Sai says he also inserts his nose into her matters and she will crush this nose today. She presses his nose and puts the medicine in his open mouth. Virat says what is this nonsense. Sai says she was practicing for the future as doctors get many stubborn patients.
Samrat says to Pakhi that she must have got clarity after talking to Virat. He says Virat is his brother and he knows what he must have said. He says Virat must have refused his proposal. He asks Pakhi what she would have done if Virat had accepted his proposal and would she still have wanted to make a fresh start with him. Pakhi says why is he still stuck in her past. Samrat says he knows she still loves Virat. Pakhi says what happened was not in her hands. She says she knew Virat can never be hers because he has changed over time. She says she knew well what Virat’s decision will be. She says she can have only one man in her heart. Samrat says why she is saying she used to love when she still loves him. Samrat tells her to go to her parents’ house and start life afresh. Pakhi says even he rejected her. Bhavani tells Mansi that God will make everything right as it is Janmashtami the next day. Bhavani says Pakhi is a very sensible girl and she will make the right decision. Ashwini says Pakhi does not understand herself and she hopes Samrat shows a big heart. Bhavani says it was all in the past just like Sai says they should not judge her on her past. Sai comes and says she thought Bhavani never listens to her but Bhavani remembers everything words by word.
Pakhi says she understands what he is not able to say. She says there is nothing but rejection in her life. She says she cannot pretend anymore and asks Samrat to take off her MANGALSUTRA to break their relationship.
Bhavani tells Sai that anyone can sometimes say the right thing. Sonali tells Sai that they are talking about Pakhi and her. Sai tells Mansi that she is a very brave woman and she raised Samrat the right way. She says Samrat can never do anything wrong and she just has to wait for a little.
