At the beginning of the episode, Ashwini ask Samrat to do something because Virat is in so much pain. Sai says that Virat needs a physiotherapist. She says she can do this. Ashwini says no they will call the doctor. Samrat calls in the hospital but no physiotherapist is available. Says says that she is a trained physiotherapist. She tells them that she has done the course and knows everything. Pakhi says that she will not go near Virat. Mohit also says that no physiotherapist is available and Doctor Patil is not picking up the call.
Sai ask them to believe her. She ask them to let her do the physiotherapy of Virat. Pakhi says don’t she dare to think about it. Sai says that there is no time for this. She says that Virat’s pain will only increase with the time. He needs treatment right now. Bhawani comes and ask why they should believe her. She ask Omkar to call her physiotherapist. Omkar calls him but he didn’t pick up the call. Sai says that now they don’t have any option. Ashwini says that Virat is in so much pain so they should let sai do the physiotherapy of him.
Virat is sitting in the garden. Sunny ask him what is he doing here? He says that he can’t sit in his room because he don’t want to see the face of Sai. Sunny says that Sai is doing so many efforts. He says that he saw the pain in her eyes. He says that she loves him. Virat says that he also loved her but in return what did he get, nothing. He Says that she didn’t even trust him. Sunny says she is doing everything because she wants to live with him.
Virat says that she wants to live with the old Virat but now he is changed. He says that now he don’t care what Sai do. He don’t care about anything. Ashwini calls Sunny and tells him that a physiotherapist has came for Virat, so bring him in his room. There Virat sees Sai. Sai talks professionally with him. She says that she is his physiotherapist and he can also give her fees. She ask him to not consider her as his wife. Virat says that he won’t take her help. Then Ashwini tells her that they tried very hard to find a physiotherapist for him but no one is available.
Ashwini manages to convince Virat. Then Sai tells Virat that in this process he might feel uncomfortable or feel pain but after the end of session he will feel better. Then Sai does his physiotherapy. She ties her hair because Virat is not feeling comfortable. On the other hand, Samrat gets romantic with Pakhi. Pakhi tells him that she is tired. Samrat says that he can give her head massage. Then she pushes him away. Samrat says that is she till thinking about Virat and Sai. He gets upset.
