At the beginning of the episode, Virat tells Shruti he does not need anyone’s sympathy specially Sai’s. Shruti laughs and says Sai did right. Virat says why she is happy about it and if she is happy that their relationship can become real. Shruti says he is insulting her again. Virat apologises to her again. Shruti tells him not go back to Sai and tell her everything. Virat says he went to meet her but she told him to get out. Virat says he has lost everything that he had and he is very lonely. He loses hope. Shruti tells Virat to go to doctor. Virat tells her to leave him alone.
Sai cries alone thinking of Virat. She says she will always have something in her heart for Virat, whatever she may say. She prays to God to keep Virat and his family happy. Sai and Virat both are very sick away from each other and faint.
Ninad tells everyone that he wants to call Sai back to the house. Bhawani rebukes Ninad and Ashwini for thinking only about selfish Sai who only thinks about herself. Samrat says Sai did it to save Virat as she submitted backdated divorce papers to DIG. Mohit says Sai has committed another crime and she may be in trouble. Pakhi says Sai is fake and is a con artist. Pakhi says she did it to make Virat fall on her feet and become great in everyone’s eyes.
Devi scolds Pakhi that Sai did it because she cannot see Virat in trouble. Ninad tells everyone that Pulkit told him that Sai is very sick. Devi says Palkit wants her to stay with them. Ashwini says it is a pity that Sai cannot come back to her house. Bhawani says it is so because she is very proud. Sonali and Karishma say neighbours will talk even more if she comes back.
Mohit calls Sai Vahini, so Pakhi tells him that she is only Sai not Vahini anymore. Shivani tells her not to talk nonsense. Pakhi says she will come with them to help Sai. Karishma says she will also go. Mohit says she never did anything for Sai and now she wants to go to see Sai in trouble. Shivani tells Samrat to call her but Sai is unconscious. Bhawani says she must not be picking up on purpose.
Ashwini says she might not want to talk to them after all that happened. Samrat says Sai will never stay away from them, only Virat. Mohit says they will take food made by Ashwini for Sai, so that she feels special. Samrat calls her again. Shruti sees Virat unconscious and tries to wake him up.
Samrat and Pakhi get ready to go to Sai. Phone rings. Pakhi picks up. Shruti says she got this number from Virat’s phone and talks to her. Pakhi tells everyone that Shruti is on line. Devi tells her to disconnect. Samrat takes the phone and tells Shruti not to call again. Phone rings again and Pakhi picks up but Samrat holds her hand.
