At the beginning of the episode, Virat tells Pakhi that he will do everything to save Sai. He says Sai never understood his feelings but he does not want anything for himself. He is worried that if something happens to Sai, his promise to Kamal sir will be broken. He prays to God to save Sai.
Virat tells Pakhi to leave him alone. Pakhi says she cannot do that as he is very special to him and she cannot see him in pain. Virat tells him that he only cares for Sai. Pakhi tells him that nothing will happen to Sai and doctors will save her. She tells Virat to eat something in the cafeteria at least have green tea.
At home, Ninad worries about Sai. Bhawani tells him that they are all praying for her recovery. She says she must have left home because she keeps scolding her. Karishma says she left because Virat and Sai have been at loggerheads since the Mahabaleshwar trip. She says Sai behaved very badly with Virat. Sonali hugs Karishma and says she is lucky to have a daughter-in-law like Karishma who never complains.
Bhawani says Sai is badly behaved and stubborn but she is a good person from heart. Sonali tries to instigate Bhawani. She says Sai’s behavior is such that no one can live with her. Sonali says she is proud of studying to be a doctor. Ninad tells Sonali not to bad-mouth her when Sai is fighting for her life.
Virat gets angry at Pakhi and says if she thinks he can go to have green tea with her at such a time. Pakhi says she was just trying to give him strength and hope. Virat says he is breaking from inside. Pakhi tells him to not lose hope and patience. Virat holds her hands and asks her to pray to God for Sai’s recovery if she wants anything good for him.
Samrat brings medicines for Sai and sees them holding hands. Pakhi is embarrassed to see him. Samrat asks why Pakhi is looking worried. He asks Virat why he was holding Pakhi’s hands. Virat asks him to pray too. Samrat says he cannot trust him and Pakhi anymore. Pakhi says Virat was getting hopeless so she was just supporting him. Samrat says Pakhi was crying in the cafe so Virat held her hands and here he was crying, so again they held hands. Pakhi tells Samrat to just look at Virat and how distraught he is. Samrat says Virat has no right to even think about Sai.
Samrat says now that Virat has signed the consent form, he is free to leave. He says Sai decided to leave the house because of him so why this show of concern. Samrat says Virat never cared for Sai. Virat says no one knows how much he cares for Sai. He says he was going away from Chavan Nivas so that Sai can live there peacefully and complete her studies. Virat says if everyone misunderstands him, so be it but only Sai’s life matters to him right now. Virat requests Samrat to pray for Sai’s recovery.
Pulkit comes and asks Samrat to arrange blood for Sai. Virat asks how Sai is. Pulkit says his fear and tears are just fake as he was not bothered about her leaving. Pulkit says Devi was distraught and he is responsible for all of this.
