At the beginning of the episode, Pulkit blames Virat for Sai’s condition. Virat asks him to stop it and asks why everyone is blaming him for everything. He says he has a right to know how Sai is. Pulkit says if he is not responsible why he is feeling guilty. Pulkit suggests Pakhi is with him so why he would feel responsible.
Pakhi asks Pulkit not to blame her. Pulkit says her actions allow others to do so. Samrat asks Pulkit to tell her about Sai’s blood group. Virat says he will arrange the blood as he signed the consent form. Pulkit says it is the irony that he is responsible for Sai’s condition and he only had to sign the consent form. Virat says Pulkit is being too harsh on him. Pulkit says Virat deserves it all. Virat thinks he will do everything possible to save Sai.
Shivani taunts the family elders are not interested in how Sai is. She says they all wanted to throw Sai out and now they must be happy. Sonali says how Shivani can think so about her own family. Shivani says Pakhi will make sure that Sai will not have any happiness in her life. She tells that Sai’s condition is not good. Bhawani prays for Sai’s recovery.
Samrat calls Omkar that he is not getting matching blood for Sai. Ninad gives Samrat some phone numbers to contact and give his reference. Shivani says Sai has always been going through pain but maybe today they can feel it a little. She says this family does not deserve her love. Ninad tells her that now is not the time for all these complaints. Ninad is worried about Sai. Bhawani tells him not to lose hope. Everyone prays that Sai gets better.
Sai’s surgery happens. Samrat tries to arrange blood but he is not able to get it anywhere. He asks where Virat is. Pakhi says he went somewhere without telling. Virat comes back with the matching blood for Sai. Pulkit comes to ask for blood. Virat tells Samrat not to tell Pulkit that he arranged for blood. Virat says Sai is his responsibility and he can never shrug that. He says last time what happened was his fault but not this time. He says his only priority right now is Sai and he can do anything to save her.
Ninad asks Samrat if he got the blood. Samrat tells him that he got it. Samrat tells Virat that he cares for Sai a lot and asks why all this happened between them. Virat says humans do not have answers to every question. He says he just wants Sai to recover fast. Ashwini consoles him and asks him not to lose hope.
Pulkit comes out and says surgery is complete but they will have to keep her in ICU for some time. He says she is still unconscious but they can see her one at a time. Ashwini goes to see Sai. Pulkit stops Virat from going in.
