This week, Bhavani tells Samrat that Sai is not a good person and is jealous of Pakhi’s happiness. Ashwini and Shivani defend Sai while others blame her. Pulkit speaks to Sai’s doctor. Doctor tells him that Sai is critically injured. Samrat asks Virat to come with him to find Sai but he says no. Samrat blames Virat for Sai’s departure and asks if he did all this for Pakhi. Samrat says if Sai is not here then he cannot stay in this house. Pakhi reminds Samrat that she is his wife and he is insulting her. Samrat pushes Virat so he says if Samrat wants him to commit suicide. Pakhi tells Virat never to utter such words again.
Ashwini asks Virat to tell Sai his feelings. Virat says he has lost all his hopes now. He tells everyone about Mahabaleshwar and that Sai insulted him. Virat refuses to go with Samrat to look for Sai and says she does not want to be around him. He goes to police station. Samrat calls Pulkit and he comes to know of Sai’s accident. Samrat, Pakhi, Devi, Ashwini and Sunny go to hospital. Virat talks to DIG to not hold his transfer. He says he will have to quit if he is not transferred. Samrat tells him that Sai is critically injured and asks him to come to hospital as they need his sign to start surgery.
Virat reaches the hospital with DIG. Sai’s friends do not let him see Sai. Virat signs the consent papers. Doctor tells Virat that the chances of survival of Sai are just 50:50. Surgery starts. Devi is beside herself and blames Virat and Pakhi for Sai’s condition. Virat prays to God to save Sai and says he will he will go away from Sai. Ashwini tells him that whenever they are apart, one of them gets in danger. Virat is worried. Pakhi consoles him and says it was not his fault but Sai’s own. Virat says he really cares for Sai.
Pakhi consoles Virat. Virat tells Pakhi to leave him alone. Ninad and Bhawani worry about Sai while Sonali and Karishma try to instigate them. Virat holds Pakhi’s hands and asks her to pray to God for Sai’s recovery if she wants anything good for him.. Samrat brings medicines for Sai and sees them holding hands. Samrat says he cannot trust Virat and Pakhi anymore. Pakhi says Virat was getting hopeless so she was just supporting him. Samrat tell Virat to leave as he has signed the consent form. Virat says he was going away from Chavan Nivas so that Sai can live there peacefully and complete her studies. Pulkit asks Samrat to arrange for blood. He blames Virat for Sai’s condition.
Samrat tries to arrange for blood but is not able to. Virat arranges the blood and gives it to Samrat. He tells him not to tell this to anyone. Shivani says that the family elders are not interested in how Sai is. Ninad and Bhawani pray for Sai’s recovery. Pulkit says surgery is complete but they will have to keep her in ICU for some time. He says she is still unconscious but they can see her one at a time. Ashwini goes to see Sai. Pulkit stops Virat from going in.
Ashwini is distraught upon seeing Sai. Pakhi gets two green teas. Samrat asks her who they are for so she says it is for him only. Virat tells Pulkit that he had no fault this time but he will make sure Sai is not stressed and he will not meet her if she does not want to meet him. He requests Pulkit to give him regular updates of her health. Pulkit is surprised that Virat is willing not to meet Sai. Pakhi goes back home. Shivani taunts her for returning while Sai is still in bad state. Ashwini tells Virat to see Sai but he refuses. Ashwini takes Virat to Sai’s room. Virat looks at her from outside the door.
