This week, Virat looks at Sai from outside the door but thinks Sai does not want to keep any relationship with him. He prays for God for Sai’s recovery. Pakhi cannot find Bhawani and everyone worries where she is. Bhawani comes back and says she had gone to temple to pray for Sai’s recovery and she even did 101 rounds. Everyone is surprised to hear that she is so despite her knee pain. Pakhi says there is no need for everyone to go to hospital. She says only doctors can save Sai, not just praying and taking rounds of temple. Bhawani says there is a lot of power in faith and praying helps in recovery. Sunny tells Virat to go inside and see Sai.
Samrat also asks Virat to go in but he refuses. Sai looks at the door. Ashiwni asks if she is looking for Virat. Sai blinks in yes. Ashwini brings Virat inside. Sai starts crying on seeing him and her heart rate increases. Nurse tells him that she has become too emotional upon seeing him and tells him to go out so she can rest. Bhawani and others reach hospital. Bhawani tells Sai that she went to the big temple and prayed for her. Mansi asks if Sai’s voice is gone after accident. Ninad tells her that he will never be able to play the harmonium if she does not come back to live with them.
Bhawani, Ninad, Shivani and Mansi encourage Sai to get better soon. Omkar stays there grudgingly. Virat gives coconut water to nurse to give to Sai. Sai refuses so Virat goes in and convinces her to drink. They share the coconut water. Family looks at them from outside. Shivani says now there will be no problem between Sai and Virat. Pakhi wonders why Virat went in when he had decided not to meet Sai. Virat tells Sai to take her medicines and says he will take her to Gadchiroli once she recovers.
Virat tells Sai to take her medicine and gets up to go but Sai stops him. Everyone looks at them from outside. Virat makes Sai’s hair. Sai remembers how her father used to oil her hair and gets emotional. Family worries about Sai not being able to speak. Doctor tells Samrat that this could be psychological and they must consult a psychiatrist. Pakhi visits Sai and says it seems Sai needed Vitamin V and she sat up at seeing him. Virat says if she has checked on Sai, she may leave.
Pakhi places the bouquet in the vase and taunts Virat to put some flowers in Sai’s hair since he braided her hair lovingly. At home, Omkar creates a scene that they got late for dinner because of Sai. Ninad and Bhawani reprimand Omkar, Sonali and Karishma and tell them to change their perspective about Sai. Virat dreams that Sai has started talking again. He is very worried about her and asks her to talk to him. Pulkit brings the psychiatrist, Dr. Anjali. She encourages Sai to speak and asks the reason for not speaking. Dr. Anjali tells Sai not to hesitate as no-one will judge her. She gives Sai a pen and paper to start communicating. Sai writes ‘V’.
Sai stops and writes ‘AABA’. Dr. Anjali tells Sai that her happiness does not depend on a single person and she has many people who love her dearly. Sai finally talks. Ashwini thanks Anjali. Pakhi tells Samrat thatch wants to go Mahabaleshwar to be away from Virat and others. Samrat tells her that she still loves Virat and they must accept this reality. Virat and Pulkit are overjoyed to hear her voice. Virat gets emotional. Virat asks Sai to tell him everything and scold him. Virat says her taunts will be music to his ears today.
