At the beginning of the episode, Bhavani says Virat must been suspicious of Ajinkya beforehand only as he did not like when Ajinkya came for her birthday. Mohit says how can they suspect Sai who is clean-hearted. Sonali scolds him for always supporting Sai. Bhavani says Sai earlier made a false story about her accident and now she had a real accident, it is all her karma. Ashiwni tells them to stop accusing her.
Virat remembers what Sai said and regrets what he said. Virat says it is all his fault. Ashiwni tells him it is too late for him regret now. Pakhi says why is Ashwini further accusing him. Pakhi says it is her fault as she sent Ajinkya to Sai’s room but she had no idea he had such intentions. Shiavni says are they so narrow-minded that they cannot accept a boy and girl’s friendship. Mohit says it is all because of Virat that Sai’s life is in danger. He says Sai’s parents would have questioned him if they were alive today and he took advantage of it. Sonali scolds him so Mohit says Sai is like her younger sister and he will support her. Virat says Mohit can say whatever he want to him, but Sai will be ok and he will apologise to her. Mansi says it is too late to apologise.
Doctor says operation is complete but her life is still in danger. Virat requests him to let him meet Sai, but doctor say he can only see her from glass window. Virat is repentant of what he said to Sai and blames himself for Sai’s condition.
Pulkit comes to the hospital. Bhavani asks why he is there and who informed her. Mansi says she informed Pulkit. Pulkit says he is not just Sai’s professor but also her brother-in-law. He says they must be responsible for Sai’s condition. Omkar snubs Pulkit and says how can he blame them for her accident. Pulkit says Sai is not an irresponsible girl and someone must have said something to her. Mohit tells him about the fight between Virat and Sai. Pulkit questions Virat, but he stays silent. Mohit tells about Ajinkya and all that happened. Pulkit says how could Virat even think of such a thing and rebukes him for his old-fashioned thinking. Virat says he knows he made a mistake. He requests Pulkit to have a look at Sai as he is such a big doctor. He begs Pulkit to save Sai. Pulkit says if he wants Sai to be alright, so that he can mentally harass her again. Pulkit warns Virat that if something happens to Sai, he will make sure Virat is in jail.
Ashwini requests Pulkit to have a look at Sai in the ICU. Virat requests Pulkit to take him along, but Pulkit refuses. Pulkit says if Sai sees him, her condition may worsen and he cannot take that chance. Virat loses his calm and hits on the wall. He regrets his anger and says he will not be forgive himself if something happens to Sai.
Pulkit goes inside ICU and asks the doctor how Sai’s condition is. Doctor says if she doesn’t wake up in one hour, she may be in coma or even die.
Bhavani says Sai sent police to ask them to her function, but now Pulkit may sent them all to jail. Omkar says it is all Virat’s fault and he should only go to jail. Ashiwni says they are all selfish people, they are only worried about themselves when Sai’s life is in danger.
Police inspector tells Virat that the car which did the accident has been caught. Pulkit is distraught on seeing Sai unconscious. He begs Sai to wake up. He prays to God for a miracle that Sai always wanted good for everyone, then why she should suffer all this.
