At the beginning, Aryan getting inside his house, Chini comes behind him. She finds the door big and there Preeta gets excited seeing Aryan back. She hugs him and tries to take selfie with him. She brings the topic of their marriage and Aryan asks about her age and education etc. Preeta thinks now he is interested to marry her so he is asking for her bio data. She says she studied business management and she doesn’t know any household work but she can give orders to people. Meethi tells Imlie to believe that Chini is fine by closing her eyes. Imlie thinks she feels like Chini is safe and with someone who can protect her like Satyakam protects Imlie.
Aryan tells Preeta to do post graduation as it will help her get a job. He tells her to change her thoughts as it’s already five years and they have no future together. Preeta gets upset and says he is adamant and here people are not forgetting Imlie even after five years. Chini laughs silently hearing all of that.
Aryan meets Jaggu when he was playing with the ball. Arpita hugs Aryan and says after a long time Aryan came back without any injury on his face. Narmada asks him directly about Imlie to which Aryan says she is fine and she is reporter in a local news channel. Another little girl stays with her who is cute. He doesn’t talk further and Arpita stops him saying they won’t let him leave until he talks clearly what conversation he had with Imlie?
Aryan recalls them and says they should stop hoping that he can get united with Imlie, Arpita says he is hurting Narmada too. Aryan says he suffered everything alone in past five years and Imlie was not with him. So there’s no hope left now. Jaggu spots Chini and the latter pleads him not to tell anything to his family about her.
Aryan sits and questions himself why he can’t get over Imlie yet? Imlie gets restless and Meethi asks her to call Aryan to learn about Chini as she can’t tell her directly Chini is with him. Imlie hesitates but then she calls him. Aryan gets shocked to see Imlie’s call in his phone. He doesn’t pick that up.
Imlie gets disheartened that he didn’t receive her call. Aryan sees on TV that Chini is missing. He gets tensed and calls Imlie back. He assures her that he will find out about Chini and nothing will happen to her. Imlie says sorry to him for contacting him. He says it’s fine and she should not worry. Chini talks to Aryan when he says where the hell did Chini go?
He gets shocked on finding her inside his room. She pinches him and then requests him not to inform Imlie about her. She makes excuses for not staying with Imlie, she makes her do lots of work. Aryan says Imlie can torture her as he knows her. She looks happy when Chini is around. Chini teases him saying it means he has experience of staying with Imlie. He has habit of looking into her eyes.
Aryan says nothing like that. Chini laughs and asks for food as she couldn’t eat properly in dhaba..Aryan understands she was eating his food in the dhaba only. She tells him to inform Meethi about her whereabouts but not to Imlie. Aryan gets confused thinking why Chini wants that. He goes to bring food for her and tells her to not go out of his room. He thinks his family can’t see her now. Imlie cries for Chini.
