In the beginning of the episode, Malini says to Anu that if the family doesn’t approve of her, Aditya will not marry her as for him nothing is more important than his family. Malini puts a soap bar in Aparna’s way. When Aparna is about to fall, Malini saves her while Anu holds Malini. Anu tells Malini why she is risking herself when she is pregnant with Aparna. Aparna thanks Malini for helping her. Ruby says to Malini that it was convenient for her that Aparna was about to fall when no one but she was around. Malini says to her that she can continue doubting her but the truth will be she cares for the family.
Aparna goes to mandir and sees the lamp that she lit in Imlie’s name is missing. She asks everyone in the family about it. Malini says to them that she gave the lamp to Imlie as she left Aditya by her choice. Malini says she is thinking about only Aditya. Aditya comes there and says she did the right thing as he doesn’t want anything in Imlie’s name to be out of his house.
Imlie gets cold feet outside the Tripathi house and hides behind the bush. She receives a call from Aryan and she asks him if he is spying on her. He says it is his responsibility to make sure that she does her job, he then says to her that to go inside and face her fear. Imlie comes with a fellow reporter to Thripati’s house. Aditya says why is she here. Anu says she called her to cover the marriage for the newspaper. Malini says she cannot come inside as she is no longer the daughter-in-law of the house. She says she will give her introduction and says that she is here as a journalist to cover the wedding.
Malini takes Anu to a room and says to her that she is against her. Anu says she brought Imlie to make her jealous, so she could enjoy. Malini says to her that if the truth comes out about Imlie not sending Aditya divorce papers her plans will finish. Anu says she’ll do something, Malini says to her that she doesn’t need to as she will take care of it.
Malini finds Imlie and taunts her about Aditya and her marriage. Imlie says to her that she isn’t the same Imlie who’ll remain quiet when she will do something against her as now she will give it back to her. While Imlie makes the setup for interviews, Aditya is asked for a photographer by a fellow journalist of Imlie. Aditya taunt Imlie says he is nothing in front of Imlie and instead they should take a photo with her. Imlie is about to trip and fall, but Aryan saves her.
Upcoming- Imlie while interviewing Anu pranks her and makes jokes on her on camera. She sees Aryan coming and gets scared that he will get angry at her for not focusing on the job.
